I just completed my second session at Fair Winds Reiki and Mindfulness, and feel so incredible and aligned. Laureen is amazing at tuning into where you have energy blockages and clearing them out, helping you step into your bliss body. I'd highly recommend a session with her, even if you are curious and new to Reiki.

I received an attunement for Reiki Level 1 yesterday and I can tell that I already feel huge difference. I am so happy that it was done by Laureen. I've known Laureen for many years from UNR where she was my teacher. Laureen is very caring and attentive. Also, I was really impressed how well was everything prepared and how professional Laureen was.

Fair Winds Reiki & Mindfulness is truly the best place to go if you want to receive an attunemnet or to get a healing session, relax, and change your life to the better and greater!

You are so lucky if you live in Reno. I traveled 6 hours to receive the attunement from Laureen! So if you are looking for a place and a teacher to change your energy, think no mpore – Laureen is the best! Can't recomment her enough! Thank you Laureen! I am definitely coming back for Level 2 and other healing sessions.

Laureen is awesome! For those of you considering but are unsure of distance reiki, it is for real and works great.
