This used to be a pretty good pharmacy YEARS AGO! Now it’s the slowest and rudest pharmacy I’ve ever seen. They take days to refill your prescriptions some times. They will text you saying your prescription is ready just for you to get there and be told to come back. My mother always has to make multiple trips. They stand around acting as if they don’t see you. It’s HORRIBLE!!

Incompetence defined. They stand around talking. Instead of calling you about your script when they have a problem, they wait until you are there to pick it up which could be next day. Then they really show you how incompetent they are. Even if you give them your insurance information when you drop off scripts, they can't find where they entered into the computer! If this was a one time occurrence, I would understand. But this is "old hat" for this pharmacy. This has happened to me and my family members. Pure incompetence. But the pharmacist is nice and knows his stuff. It's the help that doesn't. No longer our pharmacy.

There is nothing like having a hometown pharmacy. If there is one blimish, it's that when the new company took over they still haven't filled out the paperwork to use Tri-West insurance. Veterans would love to continue to have local access to meds that they didn't have to go through the VA for when they see a local doctor outside the VA system.

Worst service ever, every time I call in a prescription it never gets filled. Said it would be ready after lunch, call back the next day still has not been filled after several minutes on hold they said it would be fill in 45 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened, might be time to look elsewhere!
