Express pharmacy is so great my prescriptions are usually ready within 30 minutes an hour at most and the people who work there are so wonderful, polite and help me if any issues with my medication occur. I am so happy with this pharmacy they are a great pharmacy to use. The pharmacist is so understanding and helpful with all my medication needs. I stopped using big chain pharmacy because they take hours to process medications and do not have the staff like express pharmacy has.

This pharmacy is probably, no is, the WORST pharmacy EVER in my 53 years…. Their always late with meds, promise deliveries that do not come, do not call for renewals etc
They would consistently tell me my medications would be delivered and sometimes days would go by before they came, despite daily calls, my medication post hospitalization NEVER came after week of discharge. I had to constantly call my doctor to renew my prescriptions and that is SUPPOSED to be the pharmacy job. Trust me and go elsewhere as I have done FINALLY
I just switched to Rite Aide which is cheaper, has longer hours and a drive thru!!!! Also I worked with Express off Calloway for MONTHS before finally having to leave!

Express pharmacy is the pharmacy you should use the staff is helpful, nice, and assist you with any concerns or issues you have. They get your prescriptions done with in 20 to 30 minutes and if needed they order your medications to be in with in a day or two at most. The pharmacist is so helpful and made sure my wife had her medications before leaving on an unexpected trip out of the state. The whole staff is amazing and personable.

Showed up after a tooth extraction being told it was vital important to get my antibiotics and ibuprofen. Was was told the pharmacist is at a meeting with no ETA they would deliver ASAP. Called two hours later asking where medication was and it did didn't make the first delivery drop it might be delivered tonight!

Honestly an amazing pharmacy, I never thought to go to a small pharmacy but I’m so grateful my doctor recommended them. The staff are very friendly and and efficient. Twice now I’ve forgotten to request a refill and they already have my meds ready and have even delivered to me without me having to ask.

This pharmacy has had my back for years. I tired of the chains where I was just a number and found this gem. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they even have free delivery. I hesitated writing this as I am afraid of the glut of bad faith customers you can find all over town having a problem with just about everything.

I am new to Bakersfield. I called to check The status of my Prescription. The technician confirmed that the rx was there when I asked to speak to the the pharmacist, she had asked me some questions that were all on the prescription; and all I said was “shouldn’t the information be on the prescription?” And she the responds by calling me a “smartass” and was extremely rude. Would not give me her name, and when I then asked to speak to the manager, the manager didn’t even as much as apologize, nor did she allow me to have the pharmacists name. I would not go here, they seem extremely rude, and when someone won’t give you their name that’s the best indicator they know they’ve done something wrong.

Very good pharmacy! Was clean inside and hygienic, definitely a top tier pharmacy. There was a handsome young man behind the counter named Yousuf which was very helpful towards me and helped me get exactly what I needed. Definitely returning!
