I went to this location on Saturday morning, clearly wearing a brace on my right hand (I am right handed) I was informed I would be sent a text and had to register, I informed the girl at the window that I was unable to type due to my fingers being very swollen, not to mention the pain. She then advised me that “I could write it out”. I honestly could not believe what I was hearing! Thankfully I had my young grandson with me that was able to help somewhat. I called this morning to talk to the manager whose name I was told was Michelle. I was informed she was busy and could not take my call. I doubt very much that I will get a call back. The PA and the rest of the staff was great.

My mom was experiencing chest pains, we brought here to this location. The receptionist informed us that there would be a 2 to 3 hour wait, and by the time we were seen, it would be almost closing time. Despite of the closing time been at 8 pm, we wouldn’t be seen. The lobby was empty, and the receptionist didn’t seem to care about our situation. It was a terrible experience.

Meera Chopra is a phenomenal medical professional. I came in for a sore throat and gastritis and she gave me a urine test, quick swab, 24 hour swab, and she gave me a steroid shot.
At the rolling hills location, the horrible Mai Lai only gave me a quick swab and shooed me out in under 30 seconds, and didn't even look at my throat.
Meera Chopra is fantastic and I'm grateful for her.

This EXER Urgent Care facility was clean and well run. Once I was in the exam room, I did not have to wait very long before. Nurse and Nurae Practitioner came to see me. I would recommend this facility.

Alma and her assistant where magnificent. I hate going to any doctors just because I already expect to be treated as a number unfortunately but thanks to Alma and her assistant made my child's visit so smooth and they truly showed they cared. Thank you both very much!

Cold and flu symptoms took me to EXER Urgent care this Saturday early morning. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Michelle at the front desk who helped check me in. I was happy when I found out my co-payment with my insurance plan was only $35.00. The Medical Assistants are so kind and I got in right away to see Aaron, the Nurse Practitioner. Wow !! I got treated so well by Dr. Aaron, he really took the time and was genuinely concerned with my overall well being. Kudos to all of the staff !! I sincerely appreciate the wonderful care I got, and would highly recommend EXER as an urgent care. No joke, I was in and out within 40 minutes. Thank you EXER Team for your loving, caring treatment, it is well received and I will be recommending EXER Urgent care.
