I've come here twice now because the self pay price is very reasonable and the staff is amazing.
the wait has been a little long, but as to be expected as a walk-in.
both times I was seen by Nicole (NP) and she is ABOVE & BEYOND great at her job. so nice, appropriate treatment plans, listens intently, and she never makes me feel dumb for nervously babbling when I'm not feeling well.

The front desk receptionist should be fired. She was so incredibly rude and not helpful. She literally scolded me for not signing all the papers, and to not wasge time or throw the papers back on her desk when I clearly never did. Whontalks to people like this? The place is filthy, outdated, and the wait with only one person waiting was over an hour. Avoid this place like the plague that probably brought you in the first place

If you have a choice, don't bother going here. No one in the lobby when we arrived mid morning, waited over 2 hours to see someone. We were constantly being told "another 30 min wait".
The offices are aged, and neglected for maintenance. The offices need a serious deep clean! Mold in the corner of the exam room. Bio hazard containers left open to the public. Exam tables are falling apart. Bathrooms are disgusting.
It is obvious they are not reinvesting into the business.

DO NOT USE Telemedicine it makes you give all your info including SS and License info, then gives you an error message to contact a service center. I was concerend about our info so I contacted the actual office to be told that the website is incorrect and no longer offers Telemedicine Services, when asked what happens to all our secure info, I was told it goes to an IT guy and he shredds it. Crossing our fingers that our info says secure and properly disposed, hopefully this review helps someone from going thru what we just went thru.

Very poor unprofessional service. They are unorganized and unprofessional. Plenty of Urgent Cares to choose from. Do yourself a favor and pick a better location.

If I could give negative stars, I would. From the moment I called, to the moment I walked myself out, I experienced disgustingly HORRIBLE service and lack of empathy.
Lack of communication and total disregard patient comfort is what I experienced. I've seen ferral cats at the pound be treated better than I was treated. If I was you, skip this place or go the ER. Good luck.

Kaiser Permanente needs to stop contracting with this clinic. Their times are always wrong the sign on the door and online say they close at 7:00pm on Monday’s. Well it’s a lie, I’m got here at 6:25 and the door was closed and the lights were off. They do have a sign that says they can stop taking patients 30’-60 minutes before closing, but it’s obvious that they been gone for over 60 minutes.

I am not from Indian wells and can say I had such an amazing experience. The front desk was so helpful and the doctor I saw was AMAZING! He made me feel like he really cared about connecting with patients and was wanting the best care for me. Super great experience!
