Rude poor customer service I will never use this pharmacy ever again it’s an hassle just trying to get your prescription filled and they don’t except certain insurance the worst and the pharmacist has an bad attitude if you don’t like your job leave don’t act like I’m bothering you or I’m giving you a hard time do your job and work on your customer service.

I have spoken with this Pharmacist twice not to fill Perscription that wa not giving to them. The Pharmacist see your list of medicaton.Unprofessional, she hangs the phone up on. Stop filling Perscription that was not giving to Excel Pharmacy

This llace is horrible, they act like they don't care about their customers not working for that matter. They offer delivery services but the guy comes whenever he feels like it. The pharmacist is very rude, she puts you on hold forever and then when you call back they send you to voice mail or picks up the phone just to hang up. They need to get it together because I'm looking for another pharmacy ASAP!!!!

I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled at Grubs Pharmacy for years. Now all of a sudden when I try to get my medicine filled Grubs telling me they can’t fill it, because Excel did. I’ve never used these people before. My dr NEVER gave them my prescriptions, and I don’t know nothing about them. I know the dr gave Grubs my prescription, because I called and asked them. how did Ecel get it. Are they out here stealing prescriptions? All I know is I need my medicine and these people playing games. When I called and asked to speak to a manager somebody name Muta or Muda gets on the phone and was rude to me. Told me that they are filling my medicine now. I don’t want these rude, ignorant people filling anything for me! Everything was going fine until they started stealing my prescriptions! BEWARE OF EXCEL PHARMACY!!!

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a Local Pharmacy. After all, it's *just* drug store, right? This place is great though and their awesome staff is the reason.
