I’m so happy I discovered them a year ago. They are the only pharmacy all go to now. Everyone so friendly. The one lady remembers my name every time. Also, there’s never a line to pick up prescriptions. Would much rather support local businesses as well!

Nice, friendly customer service and staff. I love that you're greeted in Korean when you call. Unfortunately, they don't dispense certain medications, which is unfortunate. I will definitely keep them in mind for other needs.

They don’t even let you change size when you didn’t even wear the shoes. Also, their shoes is all different sizes even if it says a certain size! They are so very rude! They lost all our family and friends business.

The most unfriendly, most expensive, selling expired products, no apology among Koreantown pharmacies....
There is an urgent need for customer service training for pharmacists who do not face customers and speak rudely!!!

The pharmacy workers r grt in what they do, fast & friendly! I love the fact that is just below the place I leave as well, for 2 reasons. The 1st, it's a grt guiding mark for anyone around the area & 2nd, when one needs an over the counter medicine, a prescribed medicine, a gift or just something to pamper yourself with!! Although, Ethical Drug's has been in the same place for yrs, the front door & window have withstand a few auto accidents & the inside has changed a few times, as well!!
