I am giving them three stars, because I really thought the shop was really well put together, unique and warm, and the staff was friendly. Why they’re not getting five stars is because I felt like we were misled slightly I asked the price of the membership more than once, and I asked the price of the oils I bought I was told the price of oil was $40 and I found out after the fact that I was charged $40 for the oil , a $1.00 for a donation ?which I did not approve )and $6.99 in shipping which nothing was shipped to me. What should’ve been explained is unless you spend $100 they charge you a shipping charge so they can bring the oils back into their location and Placerville. I asked several times what the cost was. That’s a little misleading when they’re not honest. Our sales person was Marlene. Very nice, but it would be nice if she was upfront w/ customers.

The other thing that I found out after doing some homework, which I should’ve done before I bought the oil was Walmart Walmart at one time sold these oils and backed out because they found out bacteria was in the oil That’s huge! Walmart is a massive company and I guarantee you they did their homework before they just pulled out of supplying this product. Further research I found out you can buy pure organic oils under other names for less than half the cost.
I know everybody is different, but I specifically ask the gal when I purchased the oil which was a sleepy time oil whether it would make me groggy or loopy, and she said no It definitely does!
