One of the worst dispensaries I’ve ever been to. I’ve waited over 10-15 mins everytime I walk in- horrible service and they take they just take their time instead of getting to the next customer in a timely manner.

I’ve been a frequent customer here, but after my latest experience, I won’t be coming back. I ordered a sativa pre-roll through their website, but when I got home and opened the bag, I found they had given me an indica instead. When I called to let them know about the mistake and that their product was mislabeled online, they immediately got defensive and refused to take any responsibility.

It was a straightforward issue, but the staff was rude and unwilling to work with me to resolve it. Mistakes happen, but their inability to own up to it or even apologize is unacceptable. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had here, and I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. A dispensary should treat its customers—especially loyal ones—with more respect and professionalism.

If you want to be forced into a decision between paying high fr priced designer weed or taking in all kinds of garbage on the low end, go to this place.

I mean look at this ?f This is what is known on the street as K2. It looks super frosty and delectable but when you smoke it it makes you sick and gives you a headache. Not surprised this came from this establishment.

Truly one of the worst dispensaries I've ever been to. I'll preface by admitting I have frequented the store for 1-2 years, but only because of convenience. Everyone I know who goes here says the same things: very rude and unfriendly, unhelpful staff (except for two people—Brita is very nice and one of the managers).

They have "daily deals" and "happy hour," but I have to go out of my way and work hard to have the staff members use the deals they're supposed to. Most dispensaries that I've been to with deals go out of their way to ensure they're applicable to your order, but these staff members seem so absorbed in their own world. They don't want to apply their discounts—why have them? I have to put in too much effort just to get these people to honor their own promotions.

I've never had a pleasant experience here; it simply gets the job done. Three staff members are particularly rude and/or unhelpful though I don't have their names: one of the guys taking IDs (Mark?), one of the male budtenders, and the girl taking IDs who is rudely cold and standoffish to everyone... always.

The parking lot is the worst I've ever encountered, and there's not a great variety of products available. Pricing is very average. The budtenders are particularly unhelpful; they don't want to assist with pricing or what you're looking for. Don't bother asking them questions—they will make you feel stupid. Overall, experiences at the store have been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this dispensary.

I had a disposable pen that didn’t work. I usually buy 3 and work my way through them. The last one I got wasn’t working, regardless of charging. I walked in a little pissed as I was arguing with my wife. Christina is my savior. She was patient, compassionate and caring. Capt. Christina, listened, made things happen and I walked out of ERBA, with a softer heart. She’s for real as well as everyone else that works there.
