Dr Manika has changed my life.

I was having stomach issues for years that resulted in bloating, stomach cramps and gas. After trying course after course of antibiotics with no results, my wife persuaded me to try Ayurveda. I saw results a week after seeing Dr Manika and was almost back to normal within a month.

Dr Manika opened my eyes and made me realize that my problems were caused by stress. Instead of just being fed pills by western doctors with no questions asked, Manika sat down and listened to my problems and talked them through with me. Then through a simple regime of changing my diet, mindful techniques, and making me realize that my problem was stress related, she changed my life in a matter of weeks. Something that western medicine hadn’t been able to do in years.

Dr Manika is such a lovely, thoughtful and caring person. She really listens to you and feels as much of a therapist as she does a doctor.

Wow! I've been seeing Dr. Manika for two year now. Oh how time has flown by. When I first starting seeing her I was extremely depressed, fatigued to the point of not being able to getting out of bed. At times not even being able to work. I was pale and looked lifeless. My good friend Travis had referred me to her- now they work together! She has a calm nature and her voice is so comforting. She is dedicated to doctoring and has the utmost care and concern for her patients. She is a rare find.
