I was desperate for help, looking for ways to decrease my stress and help my body heal. That’s when I found Hayley at Empress Wellness. Within six months, my chronic pain had basically disappeared. Hayley has been such an amazing resource and guide for me in my path to healing. She helps with my anxiety, depression, and so much more. I am coming up on my year anniversary and, honestly, I cannot imagine where I would be without Hayley and her services.

I typically don't write reviews often but my experience with Hayley has been life changing & I have to share. I randomly found Hayley online back in February & have been going to her every other week ever since. We do acupuncture & reiki simultaneously. I've always had anxiety & had gotten off prescription pills a couple years ago & was really struggling mentally & emotionally. I was looking for a more holistic approach & the combination of acupuncture & reiki has helped me more than prescription pills ever did. I still have feelings of anxiety here & there but my visits with Hayley have helped more than I ever thought they could. Every time I leave her office, I feel lighter & more like myself. I'm always so excited to go in for a reset. It's such a treat. Hayley herself is awesome. I've always felt comfortable talking to her & opening up to her. She is such a bright light & I am so grateful I found her. On top of all this, I've always wanted to go to therapy but was afraid. Hayley gave me the nudge I needed. I've now been in therapy for about two months & honestly, I don't know that I would have started if it wasn't for Hayley. I'm so glad I randomly found Hayley. I highly recommend Empress Wellness.

I have been seeing Hayley for acupuncture for several months due to extremely painful plantar fasciitis. Within the first few visits I could tell that the pain was improving. I hadn’t been able to walk without foot pain for several months and now I’m able to walk as far as I want to with my dog which makes my dog and me so very happy! I have had a experience with other acupuncturists over 30 years for overall health and I highly recommend Hayley. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable and most importantly cares about her patients and their results.

I’m not one to write reviews very often but Abalone Point Acupuncture is definitely worth writing a review for! I’ve had several years of migraines and sleep issues so I was desperate to try anything because it was getting worse even with prescription medication! I’ve always been so curious about acupuncture but also equally skeptical. I randomly came across a Groupon deal and being a few blocks away from me, I said why not! As nervous as I was for my first appointment, the first thing I noticed was the relaxing room. To top it off, I was greeted by Hayley who was so warm and inviting. I had so many questions and she had no problem explaining everything to me!

Fast forward to eight months later, I’m still coming in routinely (I’m surprised she’s not tired of me yet 😂)! My migraines are pretty much non-existent and my sleep has never been better! I now rarely take my prescription medication and I couldn’t be happier. Not only did she help with my medical needs, but we started looking into spiritual healing as well. Before coming here, I didn’t know that acupuncture addresses this area at all, and even more so, I had no idea how spiritually nourishing it would be. I’ve been learning so much from Hayley, I use all the tools and recommendations she’s provided me. They’ve helped me immensely in my day-to-day life and I’m beyond grateful. Did I mention how awesome and genuine Hayley is?! Even if she’s my practitioner, I love that I can talk to her about anything. In December of last year I injured my back, the pain was scary bad and I could barely walk. Before going the Urgent Care route, I contacted Haley at Abalone Point Acupuncture to see if she could help me. Haley scheduled me right away and the relief I got from just the first treatment was immediate, and after a few sessions I was able to sit up and walk without any pain.
