I don’t normally write reviews however I have to say that Empower Physical Therapy in Chino Hills is awesome! I have been going there for a couple of months now and I am so grateful for the wonderful care and treatment I receive during my therapy sessions. From the warm and welcoming reception by Janet (she is truly the sweetest!) at the front desk to the diagnosis, personalized treatment, attention, and awesome care provided by Dr. Jason and Dr. Justin, to the kindness and support from the friendly and accommodating physical therapy aides (Sebastian, Paula, Jacob, Herman, Emily, and Steven as well as a few others whose names slip my mind at the moment). I haven’t had the chance to work with Anthony however he appears extremely caring and attentive with his patients as well. I’ve never had to wait beyond my appointment time as they are always very prompt at bringing me back and getting me started. I have never felt rushed or as though I’m asking too many questions, they always take their time, ensure that all of my questions have been addressed, and utilize their expertise to educate me on my condition. The majority of my sessions have been with Dr. Justin and he is fantastic! He is always coming up with new ideas to help me move forward in my recovery. Although I still have a little bit to go in my recovery, I’m definitely seeing and feeling improvements in my range of motion and pain thanks to the strategic exercises and bodywork. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, I’m so glad I found Empower!

Amazing 1:1 physical therapy. All physical therapists know what they are doing and my son has come a long way after he tore his ACL and meniscus. I highly recommend this to anyone. Austin, Anthony you guys are great at what you do to help your patients.

Long time patient with Empower PT at chino hills. Cannot put into words how amazing the staff have always been. Started seeing Dr. Ros then transferred to Dr. Justin’s care and Anthony’s care. Both have been an amazing with my post surgical recovery and strengthening with muscle atrophy after 5 knee surgeries in a span of 2 years! Currently back to continue with strengthening both knees now under Dr. Jason’s care. Who has been nothing but compassionate and fun to work with! If you want Staff that are always patient, explain exercises thoroughly, create a positive atmosphere that motivate you to work hard towards your recovery goals. I highly recommend Epower PT Chino Hills to anyone needing physical therapy.

I absolutely love every single team member at Empower PT. They are an elite group of thoroughly experienced and talented individuals. With them, you are not a diagnosis, but an actual person with goals to accomplish and a desire to live pain free.

I witnessed an incredible interaction between the director of the Chino office and one of the PT technicians. The interaction was to discuss a particular exercise the technician was directing the patient to complete. The patient wasn’t executing it correctly so the director decided to assess what the technician’s knowledge base is regarding that particular exercises purpose. He also used that time to teach her the rationale and the correct execution of the movement. I was very impressed with his leadership style; he was so kind and respectful and turned the situation into an excellent teaching opportunity where the coworker walked away empowered with new knowledge.

I highly recommend Empower. They will be your ideal partner in assisting and encouraging you to accomplish your physical therapy goals. You will not be disappointed.

Empower Physical Therapy in Chino Hills is always the best and one of the few clinics that I actually enjoy returning to. They always ask questions on how you’re feeling from the last visit. Your comfort is their priority and the Doctors really know what they’re doing. What I really enjoy is the clinic sending copy’s of certain stretches to do at home rather than having to look them up on the internet. Again, best clinic I’ve been to in awhile.

I came in with a lower leg injury so bad that I couldn’t even walk or put any pressure on it. My doctor told me I’d never be the same – but that was before I walked through the doors of Empower. Fast forward 10 months, and I’m not just walking again – I’m running, jumping, and feeling stronger than ever!

The entire team here is incredible. Dr. Justin, Anthony, the Jacob bros, Janet, and Allison are the GOATS 🐐! They got me back to where I needed to be. Special shoutout to the Chino Hills facility – it’s next level! Sure, the Chino spot is great, but the Chino Hills location? Cannot be beat!
