Nice resort style hotel. The included breakfast omelets and afternoon drinks and snacks are a nice touch. The rooms are okay, spacious, but the walls are incredibly this. I could here the person next to me talking at a normal volume on the phone. Location is great with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a multi use trail right next to it

This hotel met all of the things that I desire in a hotel. A fantastic fitness center, great breakfast, comfy bed, clean room, hot shower with great pressure and quiet enough for the location (popped some ear plugs in and didn’t hear a thing). Got a great workout in the fitness center followed by a delicious breakfast provided by the hotel. They have a station where cooks are preparing made to order omelets, sausage and bacon. Those looked amazing but unfortunately I was in a rush but the ready to go breakfast was still miles above most hotels. Fresh fruit, fresh toasted English muffin with eggs and hot sauce, and breakfast potatoes. They also had cereal, yogurt, French toast and pancakes among other things. We didn’t need or use the pool but it looked nice. The room was separated into 2 areas and felt spacious, great for remote work and feeling comfortable. 2 TVs, 1 in each room. The grounds were well kept. I don’t understand the negative reviews.. you are paying a very reasonable price, you’re not staying at the Ritz!

Definitively not "Embassy Suites" level. Perhaps expectations would be closer if it was called for what it truly is. This is clearly an old motel/inn that was hurriedly labelled. If you're any familiar with any Hilton properties beyond 3 stars, I guarantee your doubts about this being an "Embassy Suites" will begin to kick in pretty quickly.
I have stay at a few Double Tree/Embassy Suites before and this is definitively nowhere near that level.
While the staff cannot be responsible for the lack of investment and how old the building is, I feel the blame is squarely on them for not being up to standards with service. Our room has stains on the kitchen chair, sofa, and elsewhere on the various racks and shelves. I think it's fair to say that anyone would begin to question the cleanliness of anything else at this point and that isn't a good thought to have if you want to enjoy anything.
There were no trash bags and the bath soap/shampoo/conditioner containers were completely empty.
There is no complaint/fault during my interaction with staff but the Double Trees/Embassy Suites that I've stayed at did have people that were more cheerful and showed me that there is a culture for "going above for guests to feel welcomed" that are trying to be put in place. Perhaps that created some expectations for me but I also believe a lot of the property-related issues could have been mitigated if the staff had shown that they really tried hard.

Service, room layouts/size, and amenities were good. Room condition is old and falling apart. The toilet paper holder was falling off, the lotion's wall mount came out of the wall, and the carpet seems due for a refresh. Definitely overpriced quality-wise.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist was cold, indifferent, unhelpful, and unprofessional, setting the tone for an unpleasant experience. We specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool so our kids could enjoy themselves, but the hot tub was closed due to pipe issues. To make matters worse, the pool was freezing cold, and the staff seemed surprised when we pointed this out.
When we requested a refund, we were met with rudeness and were told that only 25% of the cost could be refunded as points to Expedia because we had booked through their app. This was an unacceptable response given the complete lack of advertised amenities.
The overall experience was horrible, and we will never return to this hotel. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

My wife and I checked in on Saturday early Evening and the clerk was awesome and her attitude was welcoming as she knew we drove far to speak the following morning in town. Our bed was a challenge as it was a had spring bed but hopefully this will change soon. I like the central ac/heater instead of a window unit. Breakfast was good and the I would recommend this hotel to stay again.

Rooms are ok. Service was poor. Long line upon arrival and long check in process. Persisted all afternoon. Super long line for breakfast station and most food items were gone by 8:30am and not being replenished. Location is convenient.

The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Randy was working the front desk, and when I asked for assistance managing my reservation, he seemed annoyed and was very short. Do not go to this hotel. There are plenty of other options in the area that value your business and are not unpleasant like Randy.
