Staff is very nice and helpful. I had both a facial and a massage. You will start off by getting changed into a fitted towel, robe and slippers. These are all provided for you as well as a locker to place your things. You will take the key with you to each session. The facial was relaxing and (I believe her name was Linda) did an amazing job explaining what she was doing while completing the facial. The massage was excellent as well. Definitely worth a stop by if you’re in the area.

This spa is so amazing! The massage therapists, are so talented and helpful. The space is beautiful and welcoming. We did the couples package and it includes drinks, local chocolate covered strawberries and a 90 minute massage. It was such a treat.

I get my haircut by Rhonda.. she is really nice. Friendly, but not chatty. Nice conversations. Never have a bad haircut.

My husband and I have been coming for a couple of mass massages for the last 6+ years every February for anniversary weekend. We so enjoy them here at Elevations. Everyone is so kind. They are experts in their field. It is the only place in big bear that I would recommend to go to.

Amazing! Rae is very talented at her trade, just left the Elevations Day Spa in Big Bear and was so inclined to write a review right away since it was that good. I splurged and got a detox wrap plus a massage. Worth every penny and you are worth it too. She uses warm body wraps during the massage which is a nice treat. They have yummy tea to enjoy and a nice relaxing area to sit and watch the fishies in the tank before and after your treatment.

Highly recommend Rae for any and all your body treatments at Elevations Day Spa in Big Bear! Can’t wait to go back.
