The lady at the food section her name.is Rosa is rude. Is like she is there and don't wanna be there. Second time she takes my order and she has a attitude. The taquitos always come with sour cream and she said no we don't have any right now.like lady u could of someone to go get some for your customers. Badd bad service!!

It's a good place to buy your groceries and fresh seasonable fruits, think up moderate prices. Also, they have a surprisingly good seafood section. They have everything you need under the single door, so many choices on vegetables,fruits and verity of meats also bakery items and Birthday cakes.

I was harassed because I refused to leave my personal travel cart at the door with security. I was treated like a thief when all I wanted was something for my dinner and a soda. I am a senior with a bit of a walking problem and use my cart so I don't have to use a cane or carry my groceries. Horrible treatment of seniors there!

I had stopped going because the employees were so rude and security guards were worse. I guess they have theft happening but doesn't mean everyone needs to be treated like THIEF. Today I noticed new employees and security guards. I didn't feel like I was being followed or threatened

Very rude cashier (her name is silomena. Shes an older/smaller lady that speaks english but I think she knows Spanish also.). She gives attitude (not the first time either) and yelled at me last time. Her rude behavior is really unnecessary. She wants the final say even if she is wrong, she will change what she says to seem right, she stormed off the register without helping me with a return. Very disrespectful, smug attitude.. it was like talking to a brick wall. I hope management addresses these behaviors. I will not be returning.

The customer service in the deli area is HORRIBLE beside not being acknowledge for 2 minutes mind no one was line and they were just talking. I asked them for a custom burrito but when the guy then tells me or we can't make it. YET I've seen their employees order a custom tacos more then once. My custom burrito was literally egg and ham which they have made already so nothing crazy just slap in on a tortilla. They care more or their employees needs than customers. My second issue is the lines there's always 2 cashiers and half of their self check out registers don't work lol. Honestly I come here because it's near my house but ima just drive up to northgate for now.
