I don’t usually write reviews like this, however, I was so disturbed by the customer service I made it my duty to make this review. Apparently there had been a change in contract with this pharmacy and my insurance and the pharmacy was calling to notify me. When the lady called me instead of introducing herself when I answered the phone she asked me who was I. I said I’m sorry you called my home who are you calling for/about.

Why would you call me and ask me who I am. I was very confused. For someone who was a victim of identity theft I’m very cautious about my identity being compromised. So she then said she was calling from “Easy care Pharmacy” and I said ok which patient are you calling for. She again asked me and I quote; “who are you, what’s your name?!” I said lady with all due respect this is not how you contact anyone when you are calling their home. She never said she was calling for me, she just said I will call back and hung up. So then she contacted my doctor and told them I was rude and she would not be filling my prescription, medication I need that could be life or death for me. For the life of me I don’t understand why costumer service falls to the waist side. Especially when there is a definite language barrier.

Just wanted to leave a great review for the ladies @ EasyCare Hamideh and Sabrina were so helpful and polite and so easy to work with. They went above and beyond to help me get my prescription transferred and filled in a very timely manner. I’m so grateful for their help and look forward to getting all my future prescription filled at EasyCare!

I really like this pharmacy.I get my medicine delivered and it's always on time and organized. The staff are also very helpful and polite.
A couple of times, I was put on hold and it took some time to speak to someone in the pharmacy but overall great experience!

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at EasyCare. I have been a customer since they opened. Always the most professional service from the staff. In Fact today I came in 20 minutes before closing and Jeremy the amazing technician was able to fill all 3 prescriptions and get them approved in 10 minutes. They even have Auto delivery monthly to make home. Thank you again Jeremy and staff!

EasyCare Pharmacy has become my reliable source for my monthly refills via home delivery. Every month I receive my prescription like clockwork. I don't have to call or worry about running low on my meds, as they are on a schedule. The pharmacists have always been helpful the few times that I have phoned in for help. I have found them to be very accommodating, especially during this past difficult year.

They were hard to find, so I tried calling for specific directions. Once there, I was told they "do not pick up their phones because they are short-staffed." Once home, I found my liquid medication was filled in a mangled plastic bottle. It does not see as if the full 16 ounces were sold because of the impaired shape of the bottle. Again, I am trying to call & even to email the adress listed, but NO ONE responds. I have been told that the Manager of that West Hills Location is "Jacob," so it seems I will have to go back in in-person to speak with him. Highly unprofessional.
