I started seeing Dr. Serena Wong after a car accident, and I’ve been going to her for over two months now. She’s been amazing. Dr. Wong is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she’s also warm, caring, and easy to talk to. Right from the start, I felt comfortable opening up about how I was feeling – physically and mentally – which made a huge difference in my recovery.

One thing I really appreciate is how thorough she is. Dr. Wong takes the time to do a full assessment, including x-rays, before starting any adjustments. This made me feel completely safe, especially as someone who was a bit nervous about chiropractic care. She always explains what she’s going to do ahead of time, so I know exactly what to expect.

Dr. Wong is also very flexible and responsive. Scheduling with her is easy, and whenever I have questions or concerns, she’s quick to respond and genuinely listens. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients. Over these past two months, I’ve learned so much from her other than getting adjustments – from posture tips to small changes in my routine and nutrition. Serena is excellent. She takes the time to listen to her patient’s history and communicates very well. She always explains beforehand what she is going to be doing before she performs adjustments. She also called me a couple hours after my first adjustment just to check in to see how I was doing!! I don’t know if any other chiropractor that does that, I strongly recommend her.

Dr. Serena Wong not only helps you with your posture but also teaches you what happened and what can happen if you don’t fix your bad posture habits early. Very easy to schedule appointments with her. Been going for a few months because my brother and few other friends went consistently for months to a year.
