People are always rude. Everytime I've picked up my medications they never have allbof it done. Even if I give them 2 or 3 days in advance. And now the close whenever they want. Door says 4:30 pm but they were gone before 4 pm

My experience was okay until I called to ask for my medical record.I was told I needed to come there and get it.I asked about getting a certified letter with witnesses and taking it to court house to get it notorize.The reason why I moved to a state that is a 10 hour drive..Medical Billing told me No..
I talked to billing department I needed a copy of what I was charged from 2021 to 2024... I was told that I can get through FAX..I went to FedEx office fax a cover letter with a statement asking for the charges 2021 to 2024..I have the copy of receipt from FedEx business stating they received the fax at 12:41 on 11/20/2024. no response

This place loves to change hours of operation and will only post change on a sign out front.
Their pharmacy is a joke because they will not fill prescriptions unless you see there doctor. Most hilarious part is that BlueCross and Blue Shield and drug manufacturer says they can fill my prescriptions. But they say they can't.
I think if you are or have a working pharmacy, you should serve the public just like all other pharmacy's. Pharmacy's are supposed to be helping people, not turning them away.
If you search this place on line, you will find two different posts. Both have different hours of operation, which is different from what they put on their sidewalk sign.
This place is only in operation for your money. If they really cared about you, anyone should be able to get prescriptions filled.

In response to the reply of my original post.
Allow me to remind you that BlueCross/BlueSheild as well as the drug manufacturer, Lilly, said you can fill my prescriptions. However, I was turned away from your pharmacy because I would not pay to see your doctors after paying a different doctor in the first place. If ANYONE has an active prescription and you have a pharmacy, fill the prescription or you are being PREJUDICE! And, please explain by changing your hours every season, not posting correct hours anywhere other than at site, has anything to do with good patient health and concerns. Not to mention, you really didn't address my concerns in your comment, so what makes you think I should believe that you would address my concerns in office?

I wish couldn't leave a star not because of staff The staff was great receptionist was great Those were perfect The problem I have is with Kara matterson she is a joke she prescribed me all my wrong medicines and had the bottle in front of her with the right names and everything called and have her fix it and she basically told me to deal with it which she don't understand the one medicines I have bad side effects on none of them I was taking according to my bottles need better nurse practitioner at this place like I said everybody had smiles on there face they was so nice and sweet

I would give a higher rating if it wasn’t for how SLOW they are! They are wonderful but they loligag and take their time getting to the patients which could be crucial in an emergency. Then they have to have fifty reasons to leave and come back in the room. Just get it all over with!!

Very nice place, but when I call to get help at the pharmacy or make an appointment I ask for an interpreter and they hang up on me or move me from department to department, they don't like to help Latinos who don't speak English.

A great place for health care. The staff is generous and helpful. They have their own pharmacy inside the facility. I would recommend it to anyone who has to pay for health services out of pocket as well as anyone who is in need of a pcp, etc. They have affordable payment plans. You won't have to sit in the doctor's office all day waiting to be seen.
