I've been going to Ease Mountain since its inception, and it has grown like crazy--with good reason. Juko Holiday, the owner, has created an inclusive, welcoming community. Juko is definitely an old soul who inspires her students to bring their best to the mat. You will leave Ease Mountain feeling lighter and happier. Highly recommended.

By the way, the apricot-colored rose is from the parking area, which is usually filled with beautiful flowers.

Everyone should try yoga because it’s an ancient type of physical therapy people just need to start very slow and not do inverted or intensive poses until they have practiced because even good teachers can get occupational hazard injuries from too much yoga. Advanced and intermediate are risky but simple yoga is extremely beneficial with meditation. Awarness. Walking standing sitting laying meditation aka Sathipathana.

Dr. Juko Holiday is a gift of a mentor, teacher, and presence in our community. I’m in my third year of a 3 year Yoga Therapist training she is offering (through COVID and the CZU fires) and the learnings have been life changing in the best possible way.
