I have been to this spa many times over the last couple years. It's always clean, warm and inviting. I've received Electroslim which is great for busting belly fat and toning muscles and my wife purchased a facial for me that Shweta performed. I'm not big into stuff like that but I can tell you it was amazing. Not only did she do the facial but she massaged my neck which was awesome. They are open for appointments only so don't get discouraged if you call and there is no answer or stop by and the office is closed. Your patience will pay off with great personalized service and they are always willing to work with you if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

I love every service I've received at this med spa! The Electroslim and Viora treatments are amazing! I've seen great results. The staff are fantastic and the atmosphere is very warm and cozy. My son and I also had facials and absolutely loved it! We'll be back for sure!

Let me begin by saying that within the last several years I have tried at least 4 different "latest and greatest, new tech" machines and protocols to eliminate stubborn fat areas. None have worked. Not even a little bit. I read the reviews on several sites on VIORA and decided that I would give it and my hard earned money, one more try to get the body I have been wanting my entire life. Enter A NEW YOU MED SPA.
I felt they were extremely honest and forth coming with pictures, pricing, how long the treatments would take and how many I would need, follow up appointments and how long before I would/could see any results. I am almost done with my treatments now. I am BEYOND thrilled with my results so far. My stomach reacted way faster than I expected. I actually have curves now and I still have 3 months for everything to really kick in.

I also had the Vivace done (micro needling with laser) done on some past surgery scars that didnt heal well at all. The result is amazing, so far. No longer are they red and angry. I have completed my 3 treatments and now all I do is wait for even more improvement!

I have dealt with Kris and Amy. They are both AMAZING at what they do. Very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe you dont think that having your Med Spa techs be friendly is important as long as it works but I think its really important. You have to work together to get the results you want. They truly want you to be happy and are willing to go above and beyond in order for that to happen. HIGHLY recommend this business.

I was highly encouraged to try a waxing appointment through an esthetician there, so I made an appointment with her while just completing a separate appt. I showed up early to my appt yesterday, 6pm, but the door was closed and business was closed. I was even given an appt reminder. LOL. I attempted to call the business....no answer. So, I'm now waiting for a call back to my phone message to explain what happened. Yikes, can't say this makes we want to return.
