I was a patient of Dr. Noonan in my early 20's. He was also acting as therapist with me. I can't even count how many different medications he experimented with on me. The issues I was dealing with didn't require medication, but I believe he was acting on part of my father who sent me there. The issue he ignored was that my dad was operating an adult website where he victimized women on a daily basis WITHOUT their consent. Either way, I was struggling, and eventually Dr. Noonan referred me to a treatment center that was advertised with having unique specialty in dealing with trauma. Dr. Noonan failed to check that actual qualifications of the staff at this treatment center, and virtually nobody had a license to do therapy, while a bulk of their staff didn't have college degrees while doing therapy. Regardless, over the years, on about three occasions, I have asked for medical records with zero response from Dr. Noonan. I hope he has improved his practice, as the people walking in are vulnerable and often times can't distinguish between good and bad practices. However, if you are sending your loved ones here, beware. I really liked seeing Dr. Noonan during the time I was with him, but in retrospect, he acted irresponsible, didn't do due diligence with my case, and referred me to an extremely under par treatment center without doing his research first. A therapist from that treatment center ended up crossing boundaries with me and that person persisted in my life for years afterwards. That person was practicing without a license apparently. I recently submitted a formal complaint to the state regarding that facility. I called Dr. Noonan again recently to see if I could somehow obtain my medical records, and again, zero response from them afterwards. Even if they don't have those records anymore, a phone call back confirming that would have been reasonable --- but nope.

Had appointment for my son with Dr. Noonan. They switched us to his associate. They didn't diagnosis my son's issues. He was in there less than 10 minutes. And came out with a prescription for opioids. This place is a pill mill.. Find somewhere that will actually diagnosis, not let the patient tell them what they think they have.

It very awful that this doctor is rated with 5.0 stars yet you call being a cancer patient and a nurse that they do not take Medicare or Medicaid only limited commercial plans. No wonder that so many folks have issues it’s comparable to maxillofacial surgeons no longer accept health insurance.
I was highly recommended to Dr Noonan however if you are not well endowed with $$ they offer a “cash” price per visit.
My reply is I can barely make ends meet from month to month I find this absurd!!
5.0 or not I say differently being a 35 year nurse and having 3 different cancers no one is made out of money. Shane on you

I love Dr. Noonan. I have been a patient of his for at least 20 years. When I moved out of state in 2005 I could no longer see him. However, when I returned, I went back.
When moving out of state came up and I had to make some decisions, one of the major factors was whether or not I could still keep Dr. Noonan. If not, I would not have moved. That is how much I love him and how much he has helped me. Dr. Noonan can see me still and I was able to move back to Alaska. I cannot be more grateful.
Dr. Noonan has been patient since day 1. I have to say that I have probably been his most intense patient, and he has not only stood his ground with me but has been empathetic, kind, understanding and most importantly, NON-JUDGEMENTAL.
I have had some issues off and on with the staff, but that's normal. They deal with alot, and everyone has a bad day here and there.
My insurance has never covered his care, but its worth paying out of pocket. Dr. Noonan has provided care that has been long-lasting and pivotal to me being able to heal and grow while managing my mental health. I cannot say enough good things about him.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Troy P. Noonan. Not only did they seem disinterested in my concerns, but they also rushed through the appointment without giving me the opportunity to fully explain my symptoms. Their lack of empathy and understanding made me feel unheard and dismissed. Additionally, the medication they prescribed had severe side effects that were not adequately explained to me. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking mental health treatment.

I have been seeing Dr. Noonan for 14 years. It was the best decision of psychiatrist I could to pick. I didn't know much about Dr. Noonan at the time but heard good things. He's very polite and understanding. He does not rush clients. He truly cares for the patient and it shows. I would highly recommend Dr. Noonan 100 times over. Hes alwaays there if you're in need!
