Dr. Mendoza is fantastic!

I don't normally leave Google reviews, but I wanted to share my thoughts.

Under another doctor I went for a test 3 years ago which identified a serious cardiac condition, but unfortunately that doctor did not tell me about that condition until 2.5 years later.

Once I got over my shock, I began looking for another doctor. Doctor Mendoza was highly recommended by two registered nurses I know.

I want to say that Dr. Mendoza is simply amazing. Once I told him of the of the cardiac condition and what happened, he ordered all of the pertinent tests to find out exactly where we are at and to formulate a plan. He reviewed my medication and made some tweaks, and took the time to explain why.
Additionally, Dr. Mendoza took the time to carefully and in layman's terms explain everything to me. He spent 45 minutes with me explaining everything, including drawing diagrams. He had me scheduled within 3 weeks for several tests, and then my follow-up visits followed within a week. When I asked questions (and I asked a lot of questions) he patiently and kindly answered each one, ensuring I understood.

Dr. Mendoza's office is conveniently located, and his staff is both professional and personable. Every time I call somebody actually answers the phone. Dr. Mendoza has a sign in his office stating that if you haven't been seen within 15 minutes of your appointment to let his staff know. I have been there several times and have always been taken back in a timely manner, within just a few minutes.

Dr. Mendoza is an intelligent, friendly, humble man who inspired me with confidence that he would take care of my condition. I am thankful I found him, and I highly recommend him if you need a cardiologist.

Dr. Mendoza gets 5 stars from me. He is professional, caring and extremely thorough. He listens and goes to great lengths to diagnose a problem. He is always positive in his approach. I feel very comfortable and confident as his patient.

Dr Mendoza is great, but I work mainly with Amanda and she is amazing!! She explains everything to me; how, what, where why, when and anything else I need answered. She takes my thoughts and opinions into account and tries to accommodate me if it's sage to do so. The support staff is fantastic and get you in ASAP. They are kind and courteous. After hour and wknd calls have been answered by Dr Mendoza quickly so you don't sit around freaking out wondering what's going on. I have nothing negative to say about anyone who works there. They genuinely care about me and that is refreshing.

I have been trying to cancel an appointment at Dr. Querubin Mendoza's office for days. Every time I call, I'm put on hold for an extended period, and no one ever comes back to the line. I explained to the receptionist that I couldn't hold for long because of work commitments and urgently needed to cancel the appointment. She responded by calling me rude and then hung up on me. This office is highly unprofessional and clearly doesn't value their patients' time. Save yourself the frustration and find a better doctor elsewhere.

Dr Mendoza and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I have been a patient here for many years and have recommended him to everyone I know. Dr. Mendoza is a rare find among doctors. He took over my mother's care over 4 years ago when other doctors couldn't seem to figure out how to keep her out of the hospital. He is willing to work with her needs, adjusting medications to keep her health stable or better. He personally calls when there is a concern with her blood work. He also responds quickly to questions via phone calls or the online portal. I highly recommend him as a cardiologist.

I’m currently on dialysis, my nephrologist told me to see a cardiologist, to get a look at my heart and make sure it stays healthy. I must say Dr. Mendoza has just a relaxing way about him, I was not nervous from the moment I met him. He also took the time to answer our questions and speak in language we can understand

Jonathan (JonJon) and Andrew administered my stress test (which I was stressed about) Making it a stress free experience. The rest of the staff is very friendly and always treat you as if you were the most important person. Thank you so much for your excellent care.
