Pros and cons are why I gave the middle star. I was in the office for a hearing test and hearing aids Do "NOT" let the audiologist Laura Curtis take care of you, she is rude and has no respect for others. I know others that have had the same experience with her. If I never see her again in life, would just be fine with me, she gets a negative star. Because of the problems Sarah Salisbury stepped in and took care of business. Sarah was very kind and very respectful, I would give her a ten star + if I could, other people in the office were also kind and respectful like the receptionist. "WARNING DO NOT LET LAURA CURTIS TAKE CARE OF YOU" BTW I have never given a bad review before.

I had an appointment with them today and saw the female Dr. , I said my son's with me. he's with me. They made a weird noise and Rolled their eyes, Any ways my son and I have had ear infections for months on and off about 6months. She looks at us both and tells us we have bad teeth, TMJ she. My son has perfect teeth and never had a cavity in his life. We get home after the Ride and argumentive appointment, and My Son's ears are bleeding now. She missed that with her little light I guess. No medicine, just a Referral to the Dentist. Do not go here at all. Rude staff and even worse Doctors. If you can even call them That !

Very rude staff and nurses. They will not print papers out for you if you need them done. I was trying to get them to email me my surgery date to show my boss at work but they would not do it. The doctor is very sloppy and does not seem to know what he was doing and I went to another doctor and that doctor said that that doctor was completely wrong everything he diagnosed me of. And he started me on antibiotic when he was not supposed to which made me very sick and I started throwing up repeatedly all night. I would not recommend you go to this place.

Worst doctor’s appointment ever. I was scheduled for a 3pm appointment and had to wait 20+ mins in the waiting room and I was not even seen by the doctor. Some nurse practitioner walked in the room and I told him I was having severe congestion as I’m currently recovering from COVID and he just stood there and instructed me to take decongestions for a few days. He did not even examine me and asked me to come back after 10 days if symptoms don’t improve. However, I will not be going back because the staff did not seem compassionate or helpful towards their patients at all.

Horrible customer service from the receptionist. They rescheduled me a few times due to the pandemic no biggie. Once the appointment came no one called to remind me of the scheduled appointment. As I do take responsibility for it slipping my mind, I still would assume that the office would assist as always. Did not happen. Today is January 15, I call in with a clogged ear for which I was supposed to be seen over a month ago about. Was told that I had a appointment on the 23rd of December and the young lady on the phone was the one who calls. I said well do you leave a message. She said yes, if the mail box is not full. At that point I checked already knowing my mailbox is never full with no message from Detroit ent. The real professional is doctor Pinnock those other people being his greatness down. Here I am now searching for another office to take my business else where. Would not recommend if you care about quality service.

I've been going here for a few years now for chronic sinus infections and severe allergies. Dr Pinnock is very good at what he does and has a ton of experience. He removed my girlfriend's tonsils about 20 years ago. I've had two nose surgeries done by him and it's helped me tremendously. I also get allergy shots at the allergy center that's connected to his office. The staff there (allergy clinic) are awesome.

I don't go to the hearing clinic so I can't comment on that.

The only bad thing about this office is the waiting when you are going to see the doc. I've been in the waiting room for two hours and that can be frustrating. Some of the staff in docs part of the building are rude/unprofessional. I say this because it's not uncommon to hear them gossiping lowdly about people. They don't care how long you've been waiting and that's very evident by their attitude.

All in all I give it four stars. At the end of the day I am willing to deal with the long wait and a couple rude front desk ladies in order to be treated by a great ENT doc with a ton of experience. He was able to diagnose my sinus issues upon first glance. My primary care physician couldn't figure it out and let the problem go for years by treating my sinus infections with antibiotics then sending me out the door... (Van dehey in Allen Park 🙄). Both of my surgeries went without a hitch and my whole life has changed. I would absolutely recommend this place to a family member or friend that had any ENT issues. There's a lot of bad docs out there. Pinnock is a good one. I wouldn't get hung up on the other bad reviews.
