Nancy was an excellent person to help handle my Rx at Douglas Park! She helped me unlike bigger chains in dealing with my pharmacy and helping me understand costs. She’s super knowledgeable about medications and made me feel like a priority. I would definitely recommend Douglas Park for any of your medication needs. They’re A++ and Nancy is the best!

I have found the best pharmacy!! I was given a specialized prescription and suggested I try this pharmacy to see if they can lower my co-pay. Well, I had the best experience with the most dedicated, talented, quick, efficient, kind staff and pharmacist ever.
My prescription was going to cost hundreds of dollars and with the special coupons Douglas Park Pharmacy negotiates with the pharmaceutical companies (and the big chain pharmacies cannot get), my cost was so reasonable. Also, they can ship your medicine out overnight to your home free of charge! I like businesses with excellent customer service, great prices, friendly staff, and the ability to get the job done quickly! They are all this and more. And Douglas Park Pharmacy is superb and I highly recommend their services to anyone with a prescription. Fantastic Experience!!

My mom and I are grateful for the excellent customer service and care from Douglas Park, and especially for Nancy, who helped us navigate the bureaucracy that is the modern healthcare system. Nancy helped me troubleshoot issues on the phone when we found that my mom's medical records didn't match up, thus causing a rejection for her medication. She took the time to troubleshoot this issue for us and called me back when the medication was ready. Given the distance from LA to Long Beach, she offered to mail the medication to my mom so we could avoid the 1 hour drive. I'm glad this pharmacy exists and I highlight recommend them for their warm, thoughtful, and excellent customer service.

My father's doctor referred Douglas Park Pharmacy to get the prescription and we are highly satisfied with them. All the staffs are very attentive. If we call for a refill, they always process right away. The lady named Nancy is always so helpful, patient, and nice. Great pharmacy!!!!

I was actually introduced to Douglas Park Pharmacy by my Ophthalmologist, Dr. Pham, who told me the difference between the cost of a prescription I needed from Douglas Park Pharmacy versus my previous pharmacy, and it was jaw-dropping! Apparently, they search for available coupons and discounts and apply them. It made the difference between affording the prescription and delaying it.
The pharmacy is smallish, which I really like because most of the space is devoted to - pharmaceuticals! Yes, they have a small array of snack foods, and since it is located in a medical building, that's very convenient.
Add to that the fact that they will mail your prescriptions, and you have an almost perfect pharmacy.
What makes this a 5-star pharmacy is the Nancy, the Pharmacist. Very friendly, communicative, and informative (in terms easy to understand) and actually has time to answer your questions and interpret instructions as needed. Highly recommend considering making Douglas Park Pharmacy your personal pharmacy!

I received excellent service when I ordered my Rx. The attendant was very friendly and concerned about the high price of my eye drops. She looked for coupons to use and was able to get a better price. Thank you Douglas Pharmacy for your caring attitude and friendly staff!!!
