Appointment was made with ease. During my eye exam she explained everything to me, giving me options that I can choose from and making sure I was comfortable with my decision. Before it would feel like I was getting push into making a decision and didn’t really feel rushed and didn’t get the discounts I was suppose to get but today was different. The staff was very patient and gave me feed back on what I was buying. Told me of discounts and offers they had available. I’ll take that any day. Thanks so much for your time and patience.

Rowland was awesome. He helped with selecting my new frames. He was very detailed with my measurements. Additionally, Rowland adjusted my old frames and they felt new! They fit perfectly on my face!

Dr Shereen Haki is a consumate professional. She is thorough, accurate and explains with clarity her reasoning for everything she recommends. A professional at the top of her game, she is also humorous, quick witted and always well informed. Whilst I'm sure there must be other doctors of optometry who can do as good a job as Dr Hakki, I have yet to meet one. I'm perfectly content to rely upon her advice and shall continue to do so.

The Doctor was a delight. Other times I have been kept waiting for the pre-exam and the exam. This time there was very little waiting. The young woman who helped me choose the glasses was also very helpful. The visit was quite good.

Dr. Shereen Hakki is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and personable. Helped me get contacts for the first time and later listened to my feelings that one of them was blurry, and then she adjusted my prescription by 0.25. Perfect! Staff here is very kind as well.

I went to LensCrafters two years ago. My experience wasn’t too great, but I decided to give them another chance. The doctor that I had Dr. Hakki was amazing. This is the first time I ever had a doctor that actually told me what was going on and what was wrong with my eyes and what they were going to do very amazing Ashley the pre-screen receptionist I talk to her and she explained a lot of things that I did not know and I wear glasses all my life. When she took me into the room to do the first step she talk to me about the whole process. Michelle, the young lady that helped me to fit my glasses was amazing. She did not rush me. She let me take my time to look to see what glasses I wanted. She was very helpful. All three ladies were amazing. This is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this and like I said I wear glasses. All my life. Thank you, ladies I give you 100 stars and 100 thumbs up. Thank you

I even scheduled an appointment for my fiancé and my son because of how well I was treated The appointment was quick and easy, so no complaints there either.
