This my favorite grocery store in the Pismo/Avila Beach area. My husband and I drive up the coast a lot to relax. This store has all of the essentials and more! We can always rely on getting our snacks, spirits, wine, etc. And they back the best cookies, and have the most friendly service! ❤️ Thank you!

What a truly special store; a real gem and, frankly, it made our Pismo trip! Excellent selection of products, fantastic sandwich options and assorted sides (potato, pasta salads etc.), and some truly lovely baked goods, both savory and sweet.
The sandwich/deli counter staff were really friendly, informative, and open to alternate sandwich filling choices. Our cashier, Aiden, was an absolute delight being so attentive and kind.
Keep doing what you're doing, Depalo & Sons!

The store is very cute. However, we did not like the sandwiches at all.
We had the BBQ chicken and grilled eggplant. Neither had any flavor. The eggplant was so bitter that I couldn't finish the sandwich. My husband didn't finish his sandwich either. $14 and $13 wasted.

We stayed at the spyglass and this place was super convenient. The sandwiches are delicious and had a bunch of novelty sodas. Staff was friendly and we got our sandwiches fast. They have tons of already prepared Italian foods and soups to take home. I would highly suggest this place. Also stays open later compared to other places around there. Nice little store.

Wonderful wine and deli market with a variety of artisan and local products. This place is best of many liquor stores up and down Shell Beach area, and has best service, parking, and quality products. Fruit, chocolate, cheeses, essential snacks, and hearty deli salads etc. A+

Friendly staff, large selection of gourmet items and wine and liquor. I don't suggest getting a sandwich at the deli. The bread they use on the sandwiches is doughy and very cheap. Within 15 min of getting back to our hotel, the bread was saturated with dressing, and the tasty tapenade had saturated the bread also. I purchased a beaugett and used that bread instead. You can see the difference in pics. 14.99 for a sandwich requires higher quality artisan bread. I was extremely turned off by the dust, dirt, and cobwebs hanging over the deli counter. I imagine that debris makes it into people's food. They have some deep cleaning that needs to occur. (Zoom in to see the dust and filthy glass decoration)

I’m here on vacation at Dolphin Bay resort with my husband and in laws from the bay area. I’m obsessed with this market!! It’s a gem!! Not only the beautiful and delicious foods but the imported pastas, woven oversized bags, and the napkins and gifts are just so perfectly curated. I’m a fan!!
