I went to several places around the bay area for chinese herb, and can easily tell the herbs here are high quality - clean, fresh, in whole pieces. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, and will spend the time to make sure you know how to use/cook the herbs. Will be my go to place in the bay to get chinese herbs. Thank you.

This is an authentic, old school, genuine traditional Chinese medicine shop. If you know what you need, this is the place to go around this city area. Their herbs are fresh and if good quality, with fair price. And the owner and staff members are friendly and speedy. Even if you just need some herb tea to stay healthy, you can get some here. Highly recommended.

Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted going in but even if I didn't, I know they would have been just as helpful. Went into where each herb was grown, what the differences were, what time of year to take them, how to use them, etc. Really appreciated that so much time was given to go over the herbs.

The place to go if you need acupuncture or are looking into eastern medicine. They have the best assortment of medicinal herbs. Just tell the owner Willie what ails you and he can recommend a product. His family is from a line of Chinese doctors.
