I joined Curves about 18 years ago and went religiously for years. Then I stopped for a few years to take up Tai Chi. And……..now I’m back! It is conveniently located with parking and, with the new machines, the workout is better than ever. The owner and staff are awesome…..very friendly very helpful , and very encouraging! Plus the members are very friendly and outgoing! I highly recommend Curves in San Rafael. If you decide to try it out, tell them Judi sent you!

I joined Curves around 20 some years ago and go religiously three times a week unless sick or on vacation. The owner Pat and a coach Marty are a large part of my faithfulness to the club as well as other members. While we work out with the resistance machines there is always a lot of interaction with the attendees. Books, movies, destinations and recipes the usual topics of discussion as we complete the circuit. Pat keeps the welcoming environment spotlessly clean and even adds cheer by decorating for the various holidays and seasons. I obviously highly recommend joining this Curves location. Easy to access. Easy parking. A very good place to feel better about your overall well being.

Curves San Rafael is a great place to work out. It’s the only fitness plan that I have been able to stick to and after almost twenty years, I still go three times a week. Not only do I get a complete workout on the 30 minute circuit, but the friendships I have made over the years with the other members and the staff is the great motivator that keeps me going.

I have been going to Curves under this leadership for many many years and love it! People are friendly and outgoing and the level of exercise is perfect for me!
There is free parking behind the building. Also we trade books, jigsaw puzzles,homegrown fruit and veggies in season…..also free.

Great workout place for women. Pat the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, and the other trainers are great too. The space and machines are kept very clean. Members are friendly and I like the flexible schedule.

I felt out of place at other gyms but not this one! Pat the owner is great as is Marty who is one of the coaches. I love and absolutely adore Curves and the people in it!

I brought my daughter in to see curves and we were greeted by Marty who showed us around. I have been a member of Curves for 14 years and i believe in Curves.
I explained to Marty that my daughter has a autoimune disorder and she might not be able to use the machines. Would it be possible for her to have a free week to see if she could exercise on the machines.
Respond was NO free week and they wanted 6 doctors to sign a release. This response was from the mgr Taare.
We will not be recommending this Curves to anyone in the future.

Great place to work out for women. It's clean.
Coaches are knowledgeable and fun! Club members are warm and welcoming.
