First time using the services here for a physical, immunization shots, and lab work and I had a great experience. Made appointment through phone and customer service was great. When I went in person, the front desk and cashier employees were very nice. Healthcare staff was also amazing and nice. Would recommend

The lady in the front was not helpful and rather condescending. When I asked questions she was getting seemingly impatient. I left and I called the number hoping I would get someone helpful but I believe the same lady answered or someone else but again not helpful and rather condescending. I wasn't even told who I can contact regarding my vaccination verification issues online aside my primary doctor. I'll never come here again.

Bless these kind people for offering such affordable health care services. I've been here more than regular hospitals or outside doctor's offices.

My 5-star experiences are from when I attended CSULB 9 years ago. During my time there, lots of specialized doctors are available on a appointment bases, as their main place of practice, are practices elsewhere.

If it were possible to give this facility a worse rating than one star, I would. While the medical team is great, the college health facility is horrid. The college charges student a health fee to attend in the first place. Then, if you need any treatment, such as medication, you are charged a fee. This is not the first time I’ve entered a situation in which the school finds some way to charge students extra fees. I am so glad I am almost done getting my degree. Goodbye Cal State Long Beach.

This is the best student health center in the country we are all very lucky to have it open for students sprained thumb and to care for them during the covid-19 damn it 12 pound
