Catherine is the best! I was looking for a lymphatic drainage massage and she responded very fast and got an appointment right away even on a Sunday where most were closed. The massage felt totally professional! Focused exactly on the areas where I requested, I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would recommend it.

The owner Alex was nice and friendly. Tried the O2 bar and compression therapy. I feel like it got my blood flowing and felt elevated after leaving. It was my first time here, I’d want to try their cryotherapy and sauna next time!

Love this place. Recovery at its best. Owners/clients are great. I can't even go a day without my daily cryo, has so many benifts besides Recovery. New rave is the cold plunge, but who really wants to get wet & cold. This makes easy if you need daily Recovery from your workout needs.

CryoGlow! I started my journey in May with the VIP experience. Anthony was and is amazing every time I go in, thank you! Positive energy engulfs you when you walk in and when you finish your treatment…..well...Fabulous!
Being a Cryo junkie and able to pop in for 3 min, 30 sec in the full chamber at any time, Wow! What a noticeable difference in my aches and pains, actually, they're practically gone now.
You get such an overall great feeling when you step out if the chamber that hangs on. Thank you Alex for opening this location and love when I get to see you also!

I have been coming here for a couple weeks now. I have noticed faster recovery from working out. I also suffer from migraines and I have noticed I have had fewer.
