DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR especially if you need care. All he cares about is overbooking himself so he can make 500$ every 5 minutes. If you need something he’ll say come back another visit then berate you about why he’s so busy when he’s only spent one minute with you. Doctors take a Hippocratic oath to be ethical and fair and this doctor clearly is proof that oath means nothing.

I called the front desk on 11/27/24 and after 5 attempts a lady picks up. All I will say is that she had a bad attitude and it made me uncomfortable. I give this clinic F for failure and lack of customer service.

I have many uti's which if I do not take antibiotics consistently I can get over 20 uti's per year! I had a bad experience with another urologist so I tried Dr Crawford. I saw him on my 1st visit, he was very nice. I NEVER saw him again. I told the office that it's important that I stay with the Dr, not assistants because of all the complications that I've had & continue to have. They said that's probably not going to happen because he's always in surgery on Thursdays (I was going to Sebastian) so I called back a few days later & said Okay, I'll go to Vero Beach, whatever it takes to be able to see my Dr, they said we can't guarantee you'll see him, he has surgeries so it's IMPOSSIBLE to see this Dr.... WOW!!!! How sad is our health care system, I'm totally disgusted with the way the office handled this, they have ZERO personality and will do everything they can to make sure you don't see the Dr, only his assistants. I don't know about you, but that's not going to work with me. So so sad!!!!

Dr Crawford is a great disappointment. If you're a senior and your insurance isn't Medigap expect to receive excessive charges.
Also if you're insurance doesn't pay for his surgery center he owns well then good luck to you. If you have an emergency don't expect a call back.
In my opinion Dr. Crawford is getting way too old to give a damn.

Doc Crawford saved my life with emergency surgery on Super Bowl Sunday night a few years back, so I am biased. I have been his patient through a few surgeries with him and he is the epitome of a physician. He is a very hands-on type of doctor. He works with you as a team. He imparts his knowledge of the procedure to you and then works with you to make you comfortable about what is to happen and the follow up subsequently.
He has a staff is proficient and humorous to make you feel comfortable and fulfill your needs. They answer the phone without a long menu.
I recommend Dr. Crawford and staff as one of the best in Vero Beach.

My low rating is directed at the management of Dr Crawford's office, not for care received, since I did not receive any care.

I found Dr Crawford on my insurance company's website, identified as an in-network provider and asked my primary care physician to send a referral. On Monday, March 21, 2022, Dr Crawford's office called and left a voicemail that they had received a referral from my primary care physician and to return their call for an appointment. I returned the call on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 and after giving them my insurance information, was granted an appointment for 12pm Friday, March 25 2022. Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 11:40 am, Dr Crawford's office called me to confirm the appointment. I missed the call, so I called them back a few minutes later and confirmed the call over the phone. An hour later, Dr Crawford's office called and told me they don't have a referral from my primary care physician and they don't take my insurance, so the appointment was cancelled by them.

I warn men that seek sexual enhancement DO NOT GO TO THIS NUT!!!! I’m late in my years and my wife requested I get assistance in improving my sexual performance…The opposite occurred.. the implant and pump were inserted to cause serious pain and to remove and replace would take 6 months……

nobody calls you to schedule appointments nor return any voicemails. appointment was a month ago, and i left two voicemails to schedule a procedure and no return call back. save your time and see another doctor who will actually schedule appointments.
