Such a huge selection of vegetarian foods, cruelty-free soaps and shampoos, and a terrific variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. It is a long drive but I go up here once a month because as a member of the co-op I get a discount on my entire purchase one day every month. Plus they also have in-store sales that change. Mainstream grocery stores often have a decent selection now of plant-based sausages and alternative milks, but nothing compared to this place. Plus if your gluten-free you'll find a lot of things. I like the bulk bins. Sometimes I like to experiment with a new bean, pee or grain and I can just buy a little bit of it to see if I like it. Lots of low sugar breakfast cereals and there's a bakery. They have their own parking lot which is really important for Santa Monica. Buying my co-op membership with definitely worth it. And it gives me an excuse to go to Santa Monica one day a month.

Great selection of gluten free bread, cookies, ice cream. Same goes for dairy free yogurts, milk, cheeses, butter, creamers, ice cream. All their produce is organic and in season. Organic self serve, coffee, and a juice/smoothie bar. Vitamins, probiotics, loose leaf herbs and bulk nuts, rice, beans, dried fruit. Small selection of cat and dog foods. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's a small parking lot as well as street parking. There is a filtered water machine outside in the parking lot where you can fill water bottles.

I love shopping here, I only wish I lived closer. The membership is well worth it and the staff does a great job of keeping the store clean and organized. Staff is also friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need.

Yesterday monday Feb 24th at around 3:15 pm some Chinese lady comes out after Ive been standing in front of the store for about 2 minutes after shopping (getting my things together) and asks if I paid for my sandwich. She says that some puerto Rican janitor says that I didn't pay. There's no way you saw me get a sandwich and then not pay (if you were so worried). Also when I was in the store some black chick made it her business to get in my way, and create a adversarial customer experience. (3 seperate times). We also received a third party signal that this place may need to be inventoried and inspected for safety reasons. These 3 employees in my short FIVE MINUTE VISIT are a PERFECT sign. BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE.

Very nice selections in this unique cooperative grocery store. Members and non-members are welcome. Curated varieties of healthy groceries. I mostly go for the hot food bar. Which is very good and reasonably priced. Parking is usually available but can get full at times. That's when I opt for street parking right in front normally. Also they still sell bulk which is a great deal for the consumer

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The manager is extremely rude and lacks basic courtesy. She doesn't treat customers respectfully, and some employees follow her lead, making the overall atmosphere unwelcoming. I would not recommend visiting this place if you expect good service. On top of that the prices are very high. Honestly, you're better off going to another marketing
instead

Lots of great, wholesome products and variety. I’d be aware going there for produce though. I picked up a cauliflower that I saw a sign that said $3.99 and turns out it was per pound. Mia culpa for missing the per pound bit, but still, an $11+ cauliflower 😳

One of my favorite grocery stores. Has a little bit of everything and it's all great quality. Some items can be overpriced, but overall more affordable than you might initially think and they always have great sales going on. Perfect place to shop regularly and never too crowded.
