All of the staff including the doctors was of excellent service,and Dr.Mark 🥰 Nurses🥰 i don't know the other Doctor name that kept it💯 but Concentra of Chino Hills is highly recommended. Thank you all for such welcoming service. .....The respect given to the Officers i have no complaints

I was pleasantly surprised because the last time I visited a place like this, I did not have a pleasant experience, but Concentra outdid themselves. Definitely an ELEVEN out of TEN, the extra points for sheer joy ... May the continue making patients feel comfortable.

Dr Alparce, was dismissive / careless of my injury. My knees, legs and feet were swollen and bruised and he said “return back to work with some limitations” on the same day of injury and being aware that my job would require physical work such as up and down latter and lifting. He made me feel extremely upset knowing that there are doctors like him who can careless about their patients.
He mentioned being at Concentra for many decades, maybe it’s time to retire!

They made me wait for 1.5 hours and charged me. at the end sent me home without seeing me because their system went down. Leaving me in pain, I had to go to ER then. ER was faster than them. and also they never refunded me the fee.

I had to go here for a vaccine for my job (Concentra Chino Hills). The staff are friendly, efficient & you don’t have to wait a long time. Very clean/ modern looking and great temperature in the waiting room (not too cold or hot). Highly recommend!
