Absolutely amazing experience working with Lisa! I first met her at one of her free community events, and I’m so glad I did. During our first session on May 6, 2024, I weighed 173.8 pounds with a BMI of 27.2 and body fat at 37.5%. This was my first appt after battling pain and physical complications related to a 14mo old injury. Christon was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. This was by far the most valuable physical assessment and treatment I've had for this injury thus far. Imagine, if I had begun this treatment more towards the beginning of my injury period, I might be near or fully rehabilitated by now.

I love this place, wonderful staff and trust me you will be 100% Satisfied on whatever you choose to do. The acupuncture, cupping and deep tissue massage are may favorite to regain energy and feel better. I also try some of their products like teas and supplements and I am very pleased with the results.
