I know a few local customers who have been going there for years are not used to change and yes the changes are extensive but the owner has the best interest of our community at heart. Yes prices are bit more but the improvement and the quality is worth the change. Change is not for everyone but if your open minded and not narrow you will have a great experience!

Nice little market with a little bit of everything. They have hot prepared food available also like burritos and taquitos, etc. They have a good selection of single serving steaks priced from 3 to 4 dollars each up to $10-$12 each. I noticed the cheap cuts had excellent marbling, and less as I went up the food chain. The ribeyes, and filet mignon had almost no marbling at all. I’m not a steak expert but that’s something I look for. Milk is $6.59 a gallon. If you just need a few things it’s better to come here than to deal with the markets down by the lake, Vons and Stater Brothers, especially on the weekends.

I'm spending a week in Big Bear avoiding Los Angeles heat. This is my go-to market and I love it. I love the people they're really really kind. I don't mind paying the extra Buck or two rather than driving another 10 minutes into town. Support small business

For a small country store, the selection is great. They have a large selection of fresh vegetables, fruit, meats, chicken, ready to eat delicious and hot food, and household and pantry goods.

The power was out for hours yesterday but Community Market made the best of the situation! I was able to get some last minute BBQ essentials via phone flashlight and pay with cash. Kudos to the lady working in the dark without even a cash register functional! ❤️

Used to be a great little market, friendly neighborhood business. The new owners have done a lot of improvements, that's the positive. On the other hand, super expensive and staff are not that friendly. Bought one green bell pepper, $3.05! That's a 300% markup from the grocery store prices! Everything else is heavily as well. Better off going a few more miles to Staters.
