When I first started seeing Martha she was so attentive. She listened to my concerns and addressed them she always appeared to remember e when I came for visit which was so nice because I didn’t have to go over everything everytime I seen her. Now since they moved to the new building she hasn’t been the same I don’t know if she has too many patients now or something else but she never remembers the things we have talked about or at least it seems that way. I am a chronic care patient with numerous diagnoses and procedures. I have to remind her everytime I see her about my health issues and on top of that she doesn’t even remember the things she told me or prescribed. Recently she gave me test results from a ct scan I did in 2023! And it is barely being addressed and they are serious concerns. I don’t know what brought about this change in her but I am considering a new doctor which is something I am very hesitant to do. Starting over with new doctors doesn’t appeal to me but neither does a doctor who doesn’t bother to look over my chart before she comes in the room.

The staff at this clinic is always professional, polite, courteous, helpful and efficient.
Dr. Hugo Gonzalez is my primary care physician. He too is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and excels at explaining tests he prescribes and results thereof as well as any medications he deems necessary. He does not prescribe anything that is not absolutely necessary for health. Very pleased, I am sad to see him leave.

My post is specifically about Dr. Hugo Gonzales. Dr. Gonzales has been my Dr. for over nine years and in those years he has become more than just my doctor. I really do consider him a friend. On the professional level he has never failed to address the smallest of health concerns of his or mine. He has listened and heard, through concerns of his for my health my specialist were able to detect a cancer and be successfully treated. I’ve had multiple ailments and Dr. Gonzales has helped see me through. I know if he’s done this for me he’s also helped many other people.

Dr. Hugo Gonzalez is my primary care physician. He too is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and excels at explaining tests he prescribes and results thereof as well as any procedures or medications he deems necessary.
I'm not the worlds greatest patient. I don't always do my follow up per his advice yet he remains patient and supportive while urging me to do what's best for my health. I believe he is an asset to the clinic.
If I have any complaint at all about CHC it would not be about the people. It would be about the automated phone system. But then I dislike those in general in this day and age. I prefer the old days when calling an office got a live human being in the office to make an appointment, ask a question etc. That still exists in some places but not at this clinic.

I chose Dr Gonzales to be my primary doctor this year. He is excellent, I told him what my issues were and right away he sent me to get tests done. My previous doctor did not do this. I am very pleased. I just have to listen and apply his recommendation and I have to go to my scheduled appointments.
