I was greeted as soon as I walked. The employee told me to let her know if I needed any help. This location was packed with so much merchandise. I got a really nice fitting jacket. The employee signed me up for the rewards program and gave me a five dollar coupon for my next visit!

We went to both the regular store and the clearance store. We were not greeted and never approached by any of the staff. We were in both stores for a total of 1 hour. Others were greeted and approached. Hmmm...why was this? Because one of us uses a mobility device? That was the only difference between us and the other customers! VERY disappointed!

Store hours for Sunday are listed incorrectly online and there is no signage on the window with posted hours. Several shoppers walked up to the store front expecting the store to be open only to be disappointed. This is a location that requires some to drive a reasonable distance to get to. Helps when the information is correct.

Stopped by on a Sunday at 6PM. And the online & website hours for Sunday are incorrect. There’s also no sign on their door with business hours, rude employee came to the door to tell another confused customer “the whole mall closes at 6!”

Went to outlet for a winter jacket about 1-1/2 months ago. OMG!!! They had a sale out of this world. The had the titanium fluorescent green jacket on sale for about $40+ and an assortment of bomber jackets for a little over $35. I couldn’t believe it. They had some gorgeous colors (red, bronze, etc). I truly hit the jackpot. Make sure you swing by this outlet every now and then. You will surely find a bargain. I guarantee it!!!!

Tried to make a return here from an online order and worker said they have to see my credit card in order to get refund. I used a virtual card so didn’t have it. The manager was very rude and said can only do a store credit which I didn’t want since the quality of Columbia has gone way down. I don’t understand how they can’t just refund the card I paid with like every other store. I won’t be shopping here again.

Placed a couple hundred dollar order received my coupon for first time order late called customer service to see if I could be reimbursed for my 15% off or cancel the order and I’ll replace and they refused and told me I have to wait to receive it and send it back to get my money back even though it was placed less than 12 hours ago and has even left the warehouse. I’ll be returning it all and shopping with north face. Terrible policy and terrible service
