The only thing I can say is that I am disappointed. I have used this pharmacy for past few years. At first, things were great...and not sure if they judged me on my prescriptions or me as a person but they made it abundantly clear that they did not want my business. I get same medications every single month and they were always out of something. Not a winner in the customer service part either with the exception of the young dark haired pharmacist. She was always polite and helpful.

Love that I was able to find my favorite candles and home spray here. The pharmacist and staff are all very helpful. I’m always greeted with a smile and service has always been pretty quick. Cont recommend them enough.

My wife and I have been using Colliers Pharmacy in Centerton for several years and their service always exceeds our expectations. On more than one occasion I've requested some assistance with refills while traveling that any other pharmacy would never have taken the time or effort to assist. The team here went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of every single time. We cannot say enough good things about the personal attention and sincere customer service everyone working here provides.

Their team will consolidate/coordinate your medications all to be filled on the same day every month and fill them automatically, no call required. You get a text or now, an update from the App when they are ready. Simple!

If there's ever an issue with an RX, they always make it right as quickly as possible. They call proactively to keep you informed and even work with your Doctor if required to resolve.

Today while in the store I downloaded their new RXlocal App using the Q-code at the counter advertisement and could not be more pleased with how simple it was to setup and use. Had it done before I left the parking lot and actually used it later the same day to message them. I received a response in just a short period of time. It's a great service so use it!

We used this pharmacy for ourselves but all the time more than once a month for my sick mother whom I took care of for 3 years total 2 years using collier pharmacy. She was on hospice for 2 years with late stage early onset alzheimers. I loved the family feel of this place. They were always quick and so helpful. Dave delivered our meds, and he is seriously one of the sweetest human beings I have ever met. I was just a huge fan of this pharmacy. I highly recommend it!

It was my favorite and greatest pharmacy I’ve ever been to! Here’s some advice, if you want to use this business…say your name and pay for your RX and leave! DONT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They always go the extra mile in regards to the service, eg., looking into insurance and exploring all options or making sure you're fully informed in your treatments as well as making you aware of precautions as well as better possible options, and, most importantly, they just treat you like a human being with compassion and understanding. They care and it shows.
I just want to thank the staff for just being them.

This pharmacy is simply Fantastic!!!! I love that they recognize me in person & usually on the phone. They always go above & beyond in customer service. Though I live close there are days I simply can't drive & delivery is a nice option. Yep, they can't match super Pharmacies on price, on some things, but worth it for the customer service, hands down!!!
