I’ve seen Lily twice now for the oil control treatment and cupping. She is the epitome of kind and thorough. I walk in feeling greasy and tired and I leave feeling so clean, refreshed and relaxed. Seeing the video of my scalp before and after is the proof in the pudding!! I generally wash my hair every other day, and after my treatments I can go 5+ days and still feel fresh as a daisy! I’ve also noticed less buildup and baby hair growth! It’s magic what they do in there. More relaxing than a full body massage. I can’t say enough good things about lily and coco at coco’s head spa. I can’t wait to try one of their facials next!

Have been waiting forever for this place to open and BOY they did not disappoint! I felt so rejuvenated after my head spa experience, it was worth every penny. Everything is new and looks beautiful, and the ambiance is very calming. My scalp has never felt cleaner, and my hair has never felt shinier. I will absolutely come back often!

I can't recommend this place enough! We came here during a weekend trip to the coast. We were looking for something relaxing to do and stumbled upon this gem via Yelp. I'm so glad we did too! Coco is very warm, caring and professional. She really knows what she is doing and it shows. Not only did we get a very good head, neck, shoulder and arm massage, but we got the added treat of a scalp massage and treatment along with a facial. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the therapist's are very attentive. The place is immaculately clean and the equipment is all brand new and state-of-the-art. They even have the capability of taking magnified before and after pictures of your scalp to show the improvement. The products they use are also very high quality. If you want a great experience with great service, look no further.

As an outdoor working man, My face gets a lot of sun exposure and now that I’m getting older, my face needs some conditioning and love from time to time. Coco was really friendly and sweet, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. After the treatment, my scalp and face felt new again! Thanks Coco!

I went in for the Anti Hair Loss and Firm Hair treatment, and I could feel a difference right away. The head and neck massage were so relaxing, and the herbal treatment left my hair feeling much healthier. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a natural hair care treatment.
