Met with Chris, for an initial consultation and hearing test. I have been experiencing constant ringing in my right ear, which has been quite concerning. It’s a new experience for me, so was really hoping to gain clarity & additional information. Chris was extremely informative and the test covered more aspects that I had initially expected. My hearing issues is most likely cardiovascular related, which is not something they directly Address, since I need to meet with the cardiologist, but the fact that they could provide clarity on the best course of action was really helpful and it was evident to me that Kris is more interested in helping people and providing the right information, then trying to have someone as a client, even if it is to their detriment. I would highly recommend meeting with them, even if it is just for an initial consultation. He’s clearly well educated, and a good person.

Amanda and Heather were awesome. I needed help to remove wax from my ear that was making it hard to hear. They squeezed me in same day and the experiece was 5 stars all the way. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I have known Chris for a very long time and
he has always worked to help me with the
difficult condition, that is Tinnitus. When
you finally hear quiet, for the 1st time in 10
years, I cried, because I didn’t think it was
possible? I have a difficult case, but at least with Chris, there to support me, I can always feel hope.There is no magic cure,
But for so many years, I felt so alone with this affliction, and then one day I met Chris,
and then my life changed, and I finally felt
that somebody cared, and I wasn’t alone anymore. I may still have Tinnitus, but at least I can continue to be hopeful that Chris will strive to minimize it, so I can manage it!

I’m going on three years with my Phonak Lyrics. I researched before meeting with Chris about my tinnitus and he explained different digital vs analog solutions and I chose Phonak. Been very satisfied once I got used to my new normal soundscapes. Heather has been more than accommodating with my fiddling with levels and pickiness too. Both Chris and Heather form a great team and adding Amanda to the equation I have been under great consistent care and they always treat me like family.
. All that being said I confess that they told me if I did not rate them 5 stars they would program my Phonak to play SpongeBob SquarePants constantly all day !!! Had to add that so I am just kidding😀

The most AMAZING group of people…my 96 year old mother in law has been a patient for several years and all the staff are very kind and patient with her.. I would highly recommend Coastal Hearing to anyone seeking help with their hearing needs.

My experience with Coastal Audiology was a very good one. I did not know this expertise even existed nor did I realize I had such damage to need them. The modern options available for those who need them can be found right here. Coastal Audiology staff were patient, the listen extremely well, no pun intended, and they are the epitome of professionalism.
