I had 2 prescriptions I needed to refill. The lady said they'd be ready in an hour. I forget to pick them up and I go up there the next day. They tell me they don't have it. A lady tells me it's because I don't have any prescription refills. Okay? I was still told it'd be ready in an hour and yall should have said something to me yesterday. According to the clinic, it's the pharmacy's job to send in a prescription refill request and they failed to do so. I had to do it myself, good thing I haven't run out of meds just yet.
