Be sure to get your appointment on PAPER. I was told my appointment was on March 8th and that I would receive a confirmation. Here it is the day before "my appointment" to be told it was scheduled on a different day and it's my problem. And they "hate that for me" that I was told March 8th and my appointment isn't until March 18th. I called several times this morning to be sent to a voice-mail. No one answers the phone in Cabot. I was told I could test my luck at the walk-in clinic where I'll have be one of the first of three to be in line at 8AM WITH NO guaranteeof being seen. This wasn't my fault and I know specifically what I was told.

I have had a WONDERFUL experience with these people. Especially Cassie (I’m assuming she’s the receptionist). She went above and beyond to help me get an appointment, dealing with my PCP, and his nurse for a referral. She continued to have patients with me as I called probably 50 times the last three days. Since I’m starting nursing school I was running out of time since it starts June 21 especially since I’ve been fighting for this since LAST JUNE.

I am not happy with my PCP but I am completely astonished by Cassie and how much she has helped me and understood my current situation.

I have never even been to the clinic, but I know this is the right one for me.
