I don't even think this place deserves 1 star! I had to take my husband to the ER in August of 2014 because he cut his finger and needed stitches. When we got there we checked in and told the receptionist that we needed to pay our $250 co-pay. The receptionist looked at us like we were aliens and stated that she wasn't sure how to do that and that she would have to make a call. She FINALLY figured out how to process our debit card for the $250 but could not figure out how to print an extra copy of the receipt. SO, we ended up with a hand written receipt. SO...a YEAR passes by and we get a bill in the mail for $203 from this hospital. When we called on it because we knew we had paid, they stated that they are not showing that we ever made a payment. I AM SO MAD! We have been fighting this for going on 3 months now and we have sent the bank statement showing where they took the $250 and the hand written receipt that the idiot in the emergency room gave us. Every time we call they say it is in "processing." We received another call today "as an attempt to collect a debt", UH, NO! YOU OWE US MONEY PEOPLE! We do not owe you a dime! I will NEVER go back to this hospital again and if I can help it neither will anyone in my family! What a crappy way to handle business!

Worst hospital I've ever been to. I was hit by a car on January 15th of this year and have been trying for 6 months to get my bill from this hospital so I can get my settlement. Not only do they not know who did there billing, as they switched billing departments in April, but they have made no effort to help me obtain one. I work a 9-5 job and don't have hours a day to spend on the phone trying to track these bills down. I call every chance I get, only to be told to call this number or that number, all to the same response, "I don't know why you called us. We don't do their billing." I have reached out to all departments of this hospital, including but not limited to trying to contact the CEO of the hospital himself. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau tomorrow, and seeking legal action next. By not receiving this bill, I have ruined my credit and have not been able to finalize my settlement and begin working on putting my life back together.

this has been the worst visit to a hospital ever... don't get me wrong the staff here is very nice but we have our son in here who has had a fever for a few hours and we got in a room fairly quick but since being in here it has taken 2 and a half hours for the doc to come in check his temp and tell us he is going to give him some tylenol and check his temp in a bit I understand that it takes awhile in emergency rooms because my mom has been a nurse for 22 years but there was only one other person in the waiting room and just a few vehicles outside. so if you really need some help in a timely manner I would suggest trying out the other hospitals in this area because if not you may sit here for a few hours and not see anybody hardly.
