Dr. Katlan helped me identify the source of my symptoms. He asked many probing questions, examined me, did the appropriate allergy and pulmonary function tests. When he couldn't nail down a cause, he said so. But his questions were so complete that a few hours later, I was able to identify the source of my reactions to mice and mold - exposure to a moldy and mouse-turd-ridden basement, bracketing the period of 6 weeks when my symptoms unfolded. I'm a scientist, and that is good science!

The doctors are fantastic but some of the nurses and staff are very incompetent. It seems like these days they just hire from the bottom of the barrel.

Absolutely terrible experience at this location. You call the office to get directions for an 8am appointment and there is NO ONE to answer the calls and they will argue that there is. The appointment begins at 8am The answer states that their office is closed, why are your calls not being answered at 8am when the office is officially open. They don't care. Shelly is an extremely unpleasant person and complete jobsworth providing extremely robotic and unhelpful responses and taking joy in having to tell you that she has to reschedule you. Now sending us for an appointment several miles away. Lack of any human nature or care at this facility

I came here with my toddler for a penicillin allergy test. The office staff was NOT kid friendly. They expected my 1 year old to get poked every 15 minutes and sit still in a room for 4 hours, which is impossible. He cried a lot because he was really scared, and they seemed annoyed by it. Lots of wait time between tests because they are either understaffed or overbooked. My son reacted to penicillin 5 hours after the test, at home, outside of office hours, and I had to run to the ER. The dr never even mentioned this was a possibility, no instructions when I left or anything. Just said your son is not allergic, you are good to go. Very impersonal.
Did not have a great experience, I wouldn’t go back here.
On the plus side the front desk staff was sweet and helpful, everyone else not so much.

I have been a patient here for a few years and jave been very happy with all aspects of the office. The ladies at the front desk are kind and helpful, all the nurses are friendly and fun, and Dr. Saririan is an amazing! Very laid back, gentle, and professional. I highly recommend this office!!

Excellent office, working extremely hard while short staff and Dr. Raelynn is absolutely amazing. She's beyond professional and brings the perfect level of caring for our 4 year old. Extremely pleased with this office

Will NEVER return here. Very unprofessional. Had reactions to injections been waiting since yesterday for doctor's recommendations. Just called them again. And best they could do is do a phone call this afternoon. Nurse and doctors I seen yesterday keep telling me I'm taken or medications. But the name of the medication surely isn't the one the doctor prescribed me.Wouldnt recommended this place at all

Inflexible office staff that do not have a sense for customer service. Office changed hours for administering shots without notifying patients and when I arrived for shots literally 2 minutes past the new hours at 4:02pm, after taking my pre-shot meds, they would not accommodate me. They certainty do not have customer service as a focus or priority!
