I've recently attended a few events here: the full moon sound healing and the meet your guides sound healing.

For the full moon: There's nothing more magical than overlooking the ocean, seeing whales, and being soothed by the sweet, sweet sounds of rainsticks and gongs and quartz crystal bowls. Definitely recommend!

For the meet your guides: This was cool. Stephanie speaks a guided meditation while she plays sound healing instruments. I actually met my guardian angel, another guide, and my spirit animal. They had many messages to share with me, and if I hadn't gone to this event, I don't know that I would have received them!

On the evening of February 26th, 2024 for a very first time, I had the privilege to experience a Full Moon sound healing ceremony. I didn’t know what to expect prior to the arrival, but upon entering the Pacifica studio , I quickly found myself enchanted by an inviting space and energy. The event was led by three wonderful sound healing masters, of which one, a good friend of mine, Yuki, was playing Japanese drums, Taiko and two other masters were playing singing bowls.
With approximately 10 participants, we were welcomed to use yoga mats with pillows and cozy blankets, already neatly laid down in the center of the warmly lit, charming studio. After a brief introductions, and an interesting astrology background to this particular full moon period, we were treated to a beautiful, relaxing sound healing session. I enjoyed the calming, sacred sounds of the instruments and drifted deep into myself, relaxed and comforted in the safety of embracing energy. The gentle, soft spoken, guided meditation along with the mystical sounds of the instruments, let me forget about any and all of life worries, anxieties and discomforts I previously carried, deepened my breath and let me experience bliss of care-free being. Immersed in the healing energy, and unexpectedly connected with all surrounding souls, I felt deep joy and gratitude for having been a part of this sacred moment in time and a mystical ritual. I felt love, wellness and peace in my heart and a fierce inspiration to continue to practice mindful living. I left the studio spiritually nourished, comforted and full of hope for a deeper, healthy, conscious being. I couldn’t recommend the Center for Intergrative Wellness in Pacifica enough and can’t wait to take part in more future events there soon!

Stephanie is truly, in every sense, a one-of-a-kind bodyworker and healer. I've worked with many massage practitioners and therapists over my life to address numerous injuries.
