Joining CAST was one of the best decisions I’ve made to get my life back on track. After a mental health crisis, I reached out to CAST to inquire about their PHP. I was greeted so warmly and kindly by the admissions coordinator, Matthew. A couple of days after, I sat down with Matthew and Samson (the program director) and decided to enroll at CAST. I’ve never done group therapy like this, so I was definitely anxious with how my life was going look like while I was in recovery. While at CAST, I was assigned one of the best individual therapist I could ask for, Jackie. Jackie made me feel so comfortable and confident in making decisions in my life. You can tell that all the facilitators genuinely want you to succeed in your recovery journey. I wish I can write about all of them, but I don’t want to exhaust this review. But shout out to Patrick for dedicating his time to run the online groups in the evenings! And Samson for creating and providing a safe space for everyone at CAST. The team are like angels who lift up those who need help in their darkest moments. Thanks to them I was able to get myself back up again from my fall. Recovery isn’t an easy journey, but it’s a necessary one if you want to live. I am happy to be a part of the CAST family.

CAST Saved My Life—And Transformed It
There are moments in life when you receive a gift so profound that it changes everything. CAST was that gift for me.
When I walked through those doors, I was lost. I hit rock bottom so hard, I couldn't go any further down; I was underneath rock bottom. I truly believed I was beyond help, too far gone to find my way back. I couldn’t see the light. But CAST saw it for me—until I was able to see it for myself. Looking back, I know with absolute certainty that if I hadn’t gone to CAST, I might not be here.
CAST didn’t just help me heal—it opened my eyes to wounds I didn’t even know I had, patterns I didn’t realize were holding me back, and truths I had never been ready to face. Before CAST, I had never loved myself before and I didn't even know what it meant to love yourself. I love myself now. CAST helped me find my worth. It built in me a foundation and standards, values I will never let go of: honesty, integrity, respect, morals, communication, commitment, loyalty, authenticity, boundaries, self-respect and dignity—values I will carry with me for the rest of my life. In full transparency, it’s hard for me to admit that I once lacked these things. But now, I live by them.
But what truly sets CAST apart is its angels. The therapists and staff are not just professionals—they are healers. Each of them made me feel like I was the only person in the world when they were with me. They saw the good in me. They invested in me at a level I never expected, making me feel seen, understood, and valued in ways I didn’t think were possible. They don’t just listen; they guide. They challenge you, push you, and help you uncover the truth within yourself. They are extremely professional, caring and patient. Their insight is life-changing. They are intuitive, no judgment whatsoever, pure love, every single one is love. These are benevolent souls.
CAST became my sanctuary, my home in my heart. In my darkest time, it was the one place I felt safe, supported. It was comforting, enveloping, embracing. The love within those walls is unmatched. Every single person who works there embodies compassion, patience, and an unwavering commitment to helping people rebuild themselves. CAST gives you valuable tools to not only heal but to establish yourself as the person you were always meant to be.
The structure of CAST is brilliantly designed —a balance of individual therapy and group therapy. This dynamic allowed me to not only see myself more clearly but also to learn from others, gaining perspectives that reshaped the way I understand both myself and the world. The lessons, the breakthroughs, the epiphanies—I couldn’t put a price on what CAST has given me.
I didn’t just walk out of CAST “better.” I walked out a completely transformed person. Not just healed—but whole. I am a better human being.
If you are lost, if you feel like there is no way out, if you believe that nothing can help—go to CAST. I promise you, there is light. CAST will help you find it.

CAST Centers Treatment West Hollywood helped save my life. Sounds dramatic— but it is 100% true. When I first arrived, I was unable cope with life. The folks at CAST taught me life skills that help me get outside of my own head and live in the present. Since leaving CAST, I’ve never felt alone in moving forward with my life. They have an excellent alumni group and if I ever have any issues, it is comforting to know help is only up phone call away. I also kept in touch with many of the friends I made at CAST. Asking for help was a very hard thing for me… and I’m glad I did! I’m glad my medical doctor recommended CAST to me! I can’t say enough good things about them; they save my life after all!

I feel incredibly lucky to have found CAST Centers. I’d been experiencing severe panic attacks when I decided to go, and I can say with no exaggeration that it changed my life and gave me hope again. CAST offered me a very safe environment to move thru some very challenging issues in my life.. This was my after-care option coming from res treatment which made re-entry manageable and successful. The staff is wonderful-top of their game. Many have been here for years. Highly recommend CAST!

I went to CAST Centers for an Intensive Outpatient Program from January 2022 - April 2022. For 6 months, I had been dealing with harassment and stalking. I was in a very destabilized place. I also have an existing mood disorder which compounded the stress.

My trusted psychiatrist, Dr. Bamgbose, recommend this program and a few other options. I chose CAST because the intake coordinator was understanding, helpful, and worked with my insurance. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful. I found the experience beneficial, and the structure (individual therapy + group sessions) helped me reach and develop my therapy goals. I am really proud I showed up for myself when I needed it, and I hope if you are in a vulnerable spot, you can show up for yourself too. CAST are trained professionals that can help, but you have to do the work!

I had a positive experience, and I recommend it. While doing the IOP, I also continued to work my day job (typical 9 to 5). CAST Centers had a program called LUNA which was virtual and at night that I could attend after work. LUNA was available to me after I established a few weeks of in-person sessions, but that program made it possible for me to finish. After I completed my program, CAST offers a lifetime alumni group that meets on Mondays and community events. I find these events and network helpful to keep on top of my mental well-being (they are also fun too).

Lastly, if you are reading reviews for therapy/treatment centers, I want to end on a note of hope. When you find the peace you deserve, you are going to be so glad you didn't give up on yourself. Be well ✊.

CAST Centers from day one was a space I felt safe, heard, and was able to work through many of the tremendous challenges I was having.
