I don't like to shop here but in an pinch for just a few groceries I will shop here. Being the only grocery store in town they frequently don't have as much fresh produce as I want. I won't buy meat here, it is rarely cut well and frequently smells of old blood. I think most people don't consider the 10% mark up so groceries aren't a bargain for the quality.
I do appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the friendly staff.

Stopped in for the Baskin Robbins ice cream. It was very good with generous proportions although a bit pricey, but quality. Update: the proportions are dependent on the clerk who prepares it, but still a refreshing, delicious indulgence.

Workers don’t wear masks and the state guidelines say grocery workers are supposed to be wearing masks. Two visits in a row. Two cashiers and one stocker. Today one insolent young female cashier said she IS wearing a mask. It was hanging off her neck.

A different manager was there each day so yes, it’s a management problem. I will start avoiding this store when I can.
