This pharmacy doesn’t respect the privacy of their customers. I handed my ID to the cashier when I was asked my name and told her I wanted to keep my information private. She then failed to pronounce common medication names and basically announced to 10 other people in line what I am picking up. This is not HIPPA compliant at all. The cashier seemed to have a hard time navigating the computer system and kept asking for help from her coworkers.

If that’s not bad enough, they have had my prescription for a while and still have not filled it!!! I waited in line for 30 minutes to be told it will be another hour to fill the prescription and they are out of stock for one of the medications. I told them to cancel the whole thing and left. If you value your time and privacy, use a different pharmacy. Now I have to make another appointment with my medical provider to have them send my prescription to a pharmacy that actually keeps medications in stock and doesn’t have an hour and a half wait time. Oh and if you try calling ahead of time you will never get an answer.

My prescription was faxed in yesterday. When I tried to call and see if it was done, I could not get through. When I went in to check if it was done, I was told it was being filled and then was told, they had to check and see if they even had it in stock. The cashier made a comment on how much was prescribed by my provider to take. I then found out that it was in stock, so it was not in process of being filled. I thought that the cashier was extremely rude. I was informed it would take about 20 minutes to be filled. I informed them that I would go ahead and shop, while waiting for it to be filled. I was never notified when it was done and had to wait in a long line to see if it was even done. A different person checked me out and she was also extremely rude. I hope I never have to go back to this pharmacy ever again. I am treated very well at my normal pharmacy.

I haven't found a decent pharmacy in Anchorage. Alaska yet, but this one is by far the worst 1 of them, all. I have gone to this place for years. You should get all my prescriptions. There I have given this pharmacy about a 102nd chances and I keep telling myself not to go back and yet I keep going back today is the final straw. I will never go back into that pharmacy. They are the most incompetent People in a pharmacy I've ever saw that tonight.

Persistently understaffed, staff available is not properly trained, cannot find prescriptions, long fill times (days), recently hacked and did not bother to tell me physically dropped off prescription could not be filled due to this until I came back to pick up. Absolute nightmare every time. These issues have been going on for almost a year. Go anywhere else.

The only reason I'm giving this pharmacy a 5-star rating is because of one person… Lilyana. She is the lone pharmacist, and the only person behind the counter, yet she operates like a machine. She kept the line moving smoothly and the customers all seemed satisfied. Her efforts are truly commendable

The pharmacy had served me well for years, that is, until the past couple. Not only have they been short-staffed, but negligent in filling prescriptions. I was told that the entire staff had quit this past December because of disagreements with upper out-of-state management. In any case, it got so bad that I was forced to switch to another pharmacy. Inconvenient for me, but the service, or lack thereof, from the Aurora Carrs/Safeway was deplorable.

Why can't I give a zero... I've been a pharmacy technician over 20 + years and I've never heard of a pharmacy closing consistently and people are stuck without there meds because the pharmacist has a toe ache. ABSOLUTELY UNEXPLAINABLE!! This a continuous issue with them and it will stop!!!
