Called to get the 2nd dose of Pfizer. Their website says Covid vaccines offered Monday-Friday 10am-4pm call to book an appointment. Called to book an appointment and the lady who answered said they aren’t doing vaccines until Thursday. Told her what their website says and she replied with, “is that what it says?” YES! Yes, that’s what it says! That’s why I’m calling! I give up on people.

Horrible service. Employees seem to have little knowledge of their jobs and they are lacking in people skills when it comes to dealing with I'll persons. With the amount of employees they have you would think at least one would know what they doing.
