Dr. Duong provides real old-fashioned customer service! When he didn’t have a new prescription in stock for me that I needed to start the same day, he went out of his way to call another pharmacy down the street and make sure they could fill it for me. Use Carlsbad Neighborhood Pharmacy over the big chains you will be so happy.

This is a great little pharmacy. I was so fed up with the terrible service and long waits at CVS so I switched my prescriptions. The owner is at the store serving you and greets you by your name when he gets to know you. Great vaccine experience as well. So happy to be supporting a nice small business owner instead of the big corporate pharmacies. Make the switch, you will be glad you did.

Gives exceptional service and good advice on medications. His pharmacy has no waiting for long time to receive your refills. Also He has mobile app bar code refilling. Prices are significantly less.

This new Pharmacy is the best! Cuong is a miracle worker. We were paying over $200 for a particular prescription and he got it for us for $14!! I appreciate the very personal service Cuong gives us. He’s a welcome alternative to rite aid and cvs. He’s right by Sprouts on El Camino. Highly recommend you give him a try! Thanks Cuong!!
